I feel that since Pete is so observant and spent a fair amount of studying and observing Vegas, he migh try to get to his mind and find the opportunity to escape. In other words he will manipulaye him into letting him go.
Or, based on the preview, Vegas' dad might find out that Vegas grew fond of Pete. He will get furious and try to bring him back to his senses by saying that Pete does not really care about him. Then he will ask him to clean his mess up, meaning to kill Pete. Of course Vegas won't be able to do it and he will let Pete go.
How the fuck people found old photos of Bilbe and Buid. This is so creepy. People really don't know about privacy and boundaries, If you are really fans of them you would not support this stalkerish behaviour. Privacy is not a thing nowadays,especially for people in the showbusiness.

Pete to me is the most interesting and mysterious character in the series. It is a shame his character is not explored further and there is not enough time to delve into his charatcer in the next two episodes. That however will not prevent me from working with all the hints provided to us and make my own analysis of him.
Pete is really complicated, his actions are hard to decipher some times. What makes his character even more intruiging is that at first you think that he is going to be one of the simplest characters. The viewers get fooled along with Pete's surroundings.

When Pete ends up as Vegas' hostage, he is once again faced with his feelings deep hidden within him. Vegas once again challenges him to face his other side that Pete has tried so hard to surpass. Vegas manages to bring out Pete's deepest desires. When Pete is with Vegas he feels allowed to let his emotions out. He does not feel the need to hide. He was , probably after a long time , able to finally let himself feel emotions like a human being. That is why he was smiling when he and Vegas had sex. He was finally able to release his inner side out to the world and that was thanks to Vegas. It is the result of the effect Vegas has on him.

His actual true colors are shown only to very few people, only Macau and Pete. Behind his ruthless side hide his sensitivity, his needs for love, his wounds, his pain and his weakness. He tries to mask the fact that he feels inferior by acting agrresive and in control.

I have mentiond many times that Pete is someone who is able to adapt to his surroundings very easily, he is also capable of reading the people around him, he is a good judge of character and he can look beyond any problem allowing him to see the overall view. He was able to seperate himself from his suffering caused by his father beause he understood that the problem was his father and not him. Now that he is in captivity, he is once again adapting to the circumstances. He knew from day one that there is a risk of getting caught and he knew the consequences of it. He was prepared. That is why he confronted Vegas with a smile during torture, he wanted to have the last laugh. Pete always uses his smiles as way to survive. No matter the situation, you see him smile, he has differnt types of smiles, others are geunine, others are completely fake and out of obligation , and others are harder to decipher the meaning behind them.
Pete showed resistance to Vegas from day one. He only gave up when his grandmother was used against him, but the next day he went back to standing up to Vegas. He has a strong spirit, so why is he suddenly letting go of his chance to escape? When the first chance of escaping was presented to him he did not allow to let it slip. But, it turned out to be a trap set by Vegas. Vegas is too calculating to make such a mistake. Also, others believe that Vegas leaving the keys behind in ep 12 and even mentioning that there are no bodyguards around was as well on purpose. But this time it was not a trap. He really gave Pete a chance to escape. However Pete chose to stay, why is that? I believe that Pete was waiting for the right moment to escape, which is why he was obseriving Vegas the entire time, as he did back when he was spying on him. Pete is intrigued by Vegas and wants to explore this unknown feeling more, he was attracted to him from a long time ago. However, Pete is someone who seperates duty from personal feelings, and his feelings were not strong enough for him let go of the chance to escape, which is why he attemted to escape the first time. But, with the passing of time he was able to see Vegas for who he really is, he spent so much time with him and that gave him the chance to read him like an open book. He knows that Vegas is just hiding his pain and he is putting up a front and acting all strong and evil. Pete is getting subconsiously attached to Vegas which is why he was being honest when he said to Vegas that he did not know why he did not escape. He really did not know why let go of this chance. Vegas has an effect on him the same way he has an effect on Vegas. They are two sides of the same coin, they are like two pieces of a puzzle that fit perfectly together, that is why they feel complete together.
Just like Vegas is allowed to be himself with Pete, Pete is also able to show his hidden side only to Vegas. They bring out of each other their true side because they are similar, they resonate with each other, they know they won't get judged by each other because there is mutual understanding between them.
