The more I watch the more this just seems like a story about a cat who wants to find it's owner. Istg I will cry if the cat sees the aunt later ahhh hoping she's alive but I doubt it

The SML is my favourite character because he's not fighting over her tho... He's super mature and it's really not a significant love triangle at all

I don't mind clichés sometimes, but I have to say that they were on the annoying side in this drama. However, I do think that the drama is alright. It has a lot of cute moments and I really like the SML as a character. The ML is also really nice. I really liked that it was a mix of both Japanese and Korean in it. Hmm... well, what I'm trying to say is that it's worth giving it a try :) I gave it an 8/10 because despite its flaws it's a good drama

There is no time skip and it doesn't take very long for them to get back together. She's the one who broke up with him and she's the one who asked them to get back together. The ML didn't want to break up but respected her opinion and was happy when they got back together again.

They break up in the end of episode 9 for a stupid reason and then get back together again towards the end of ep 10, the classic you know ^^;

Hanaoka was my favourite character~ Liked his personality a lot :)

There's kind of a love triangle but the SML is so mature about it he gives up right away so don't worry. There is a breakup however.

So neither of them die from it? If so, are they both cured or do they live with the illness?

Can someone tell me how much they show of her being sick? I want to watch this but I have health anxiety so I would like to know beforehand. Please tell me how it ends regarding that only please (and don't forget to put spoiler tag in case others don't want to know).
