Can someone tell me what happens to the mother? She gets sick, right? I have health anxiety so it's difficult for me to watch, but if I have a heads up it might be easier. Lee Dohyun is my favourite actor so I really want to watch this.
I usually don't watch these types of sweet high school to work life Chinese dramas because I easily get bored with pure cute romance but, although it took a bit longer than usual, I was able to complete this one. It was good! There were many things I didn't like (misunderstandings and some clichés) but there were lots of things I loved too~ It's definitely worth a watch :) 8,5/10
Does this have a happy ending? Spoilers/explanations are welcome, because the butterfly effect is often confusing…
It's an open ending :) But for people who crave a happy ending there is the extra scene you can watch after the series. But personally I prefer the ending to the drama like it is.
im going to sound rlly selfish here but these subbers rlly be making it hard for ppl like me to watch jdramas…
Hey, if you still need help I think I figured something out. I used another app called Infuse Video Player that I downloaded through appstore. I've only seen episode 1, but it was top quality. I also used my phone so I'm not sure how well it will work on the computer, but it looks like you can download it onto your mac as well.
So I used the links people in this comment section provided and downloaded them onto my phone, then I renamed them and put them in one folder (a website said to do this but idk if it has a purpose other than it's easier to find). You can't open them by clicking on them so instead I went to the app and downloaded them onto the app that way, both the video and the subtitles. Then you have to add the subtitles to the video on the app. It was really easy using the app actually. I spent over an hour trying other recommended apps etc but I couldn't make it work. But Infuse Video Player worked for me. As a macbook and iphone user myself I felt I needed to share my knowledge, hope it helps! ^^
What was the message? It was an entertaining movie with lots of action, but what was the purpose of this movie? Why should I care about the characters? What should I take with me from this movie? Not knowing the answer to these questions is the reason why this movie is average. 7/10
100% agree, brace yourself for upcoming comments lmao
I believe some comments above are an indirect responses to my comment. I think that people are hesitant to respond directly to my comment because I purposely specified that it’s my personal opinion
I'm confused why this has such a good rating, and positive reviews and comments. Personally I found it bad. There is a difference between something being good representation and progress for the community, and it being a good story. Yes, it's a step in the right direction for Korean lgbtq+ media, but there are so many things I didn't like in this drama when it comes to the directing, characters and dialogue.
Seems like my personal opinion is unpopular. 6,5/10.
How do I feel about this drama? I don't know... First of all, right from the start we find out that she's the type of woman who would cheat on others. Now, I can't pretend to know too much since I've never dated, but even though the person "deserved it", that's just an excuse to make a bad act look less severe. With her being super strong and good at fighting also feeds into the stereotypical strong woman trope which (although it's not bad) I'm a bit tired of. It's like the drama wants to promote feminism, but it doesn't come across as well as it could've in my eyes. I feel like anti–feminists will keep their mindset if they saw this.
The drama was easy to binge despite this. It's fun and upbeat; vibes from A Business Proposal. It feels like a Thai drama style Kdrama with the sound effects, quick storytelling and the slightly childish vibes, yet it's directed to teens/young adults. It was a bit different than I expected, but it was enjoyable.
Just caught up and ever since he threw that phone I'm suspecting Ji Donghee as the perpetrator. I always had a hunch that it isn't Lee Sonjae's brother since the beginning. I think he's trying to investigate the killer or something like that rather than it actually being him.
