he is totally a whiny lonely nutter but then with the introduction of these two in his life he eventually gets more friends thru his geek club where they all get together for such wacky stuff as theatrical performances etc & there's "scifi" genre bits involved too ๐
I was sold from the moment I realized who the narrator was. So happy with the ending too! It's so hard to imagine…
there was technically a series considered the "first polyromantic dramedy", the US/Canada joint production, [You Me Her] but it stretched out the drama of its f/m/f trio soooo much it was painful even when they were cute & stupid, they go thru so much actual drama across 50x half-hour eps (5 seasons 10 eps each) but it ~did eventually end up happily OT3-ever-after at least! except it wasn't on mainstream TV, just niche cable channels..
compared to the similarly promoted but absolutely miserable mess that was [Younger] which never not once dared to truly go there with its own dragged-out overhyped triangle across 84!! half-hour eps (7x12) only to end ridiculously senseless.. if any show could've done it, that one had the best chance & ignored it at every turn for the "woe is me & my torn feelings" cliche every single episode.. ๐
First, I was under the impression they fell asleep after they had threesome. Maybe that's because (as an asexual)…
hello fellow ace! so nice to hear from another who also prefers to skip the funky stuff in their media & focus on the happy domestic side of romances, I swear I always feel so alone in that especially with extreme sides going "let them stay friends!!" vs "well if they're not lovers & with obvious physical stuff, then it's just a waste of time!" in cmt sections heh ๐ฎโ๐จ
If anyone has a recommendation for another polyamory relationship (not one with several, but all with all) please…
My Girlfriend's Boyfriend is a zany mess but has so much cuuteness I think it's overall worth it, as not only does the main lead get two awkward partners but they also end up getting him more ~friends too versus his quiet rather lonely life before them! ๐
I don't have any other overt ones in my faves, only ones that are vague enough for ~headcanons, but they include: Soft Memory, My Love Patzzi, Mary Gets Married, You're Beautiful, Protect the Boss, She Was Pretty, Panda & Hedgehog, Beethoven Virus.. I definitely gotta watch more overall ๐
you know one way or another that this work was misogyny, messed up. She had accepted that her husband had a boyfriend…
haven't seen this story but since your question is a general one, here: it really depends on the person, regardless of gender, how do they fit in? does the girl get along, are they open to living a shared life, etc? will they be a good partner? those would be my questions as a mostly femme girl if I was to be considering another girl in what may be a triangle & that girl maybe having feelings for me too lol ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
I don't even know what to say about this, but as a (probably) polygamous person, this drama probably doesn't even…
just a note, polyGAMY is actually a term used for simultaneous *marriage* btwn multiple ppl (an extension of monoGAMY, ie one-on-one marriage) while polyAMORY is the term generally used re: simultaneous romantic love for multiple ppl (tho ironically "monoamory" isn't used, it ~could be) ๐
monoamorous / monoamory = one love polyamorous / polyamory = multiple loves
monogamous / monogamy = one marriage polygamous / polygamy = multiple marriages
I think this drama would have been stupendous if the real couple would have been Geun Suk and Jae Wook. There,…
I remember there were tons of comments on LiveJournal praying for an OT3ish ending because of how cuute the trio was together & the snarky bromance potential turning into a genuine bond wdve made a great story had the writers been decent enough to fulfill the initial promise of averting tropes instead of changing course to lean fully into them, siiigh - what could've been! ๐ fanvid recs: https://youtu.be/wOguz2Jhvzg & https://youtu.be/ivwWxvjnMeo
I know right? One of the best I gave watched. I cried a lot while watching.
a 77% (B grade) aka 4/5 is NOT "low", it is well-liked; why act like it's a D (disliked) or F (hated) when it's even higher than a C (just okay), right under A (faved).. ๐
when do the leads get together?Any breakup?Happy ending?
happy ending because the trio realizes who they were to each other as kids & the title gives away the official couple but the end still feels trio-shippy to me xD
don't even remember any cliche breakup scenes since the story is more focused on the mystery of "Hedgehog's" identity โค
first of all, a phobia is when someone is afraid of something, not when they disagree with it. secondly, I think…
100s of years of stories of opposite gender friends falling into straight love, now when ppl want stories of same-gender friends falling into queer love, nah they must stay only friends all the time, nevermind the 100s of years of platonic friendship stories alongside the straight romances, if anyone dares to want new stories with m/m or f/f friends falling in love for a change, all those other stories with just friendship will cease to exist! ๐
in modern vocab, the phobia of same-gendered romance includes a strong aversion to it based on how one was brought up to dislike them for no "good" reason & then also ~spreading negativity about it to others whether online or irl in ways that make it smth to be ashamed of or looked down upon by others etc..
CJY is a brilliant pianist, but I still feel bad for KBO.I wish people in this comment section would focus on…
feel free to rec such a show with ~this plot then - as that is exactly what draws those viewers in, the idea of epic deep friendships & being reunited & inspiring each other to follow their passions in life be it music or art or sports etc nothing "disgusting" about that at all when seen with truly loving hearts & obviously the K-scene is lacking in those types of stories for same-gender ships especially in their mainstream thus viewers stay yearning for them โก
so I been away from regular TV watching for a while for various reasons but just caught a glimpse of this advertised on NF & had to look it up & ohh heyy flashbacks to School 2013 โก as well as the epic mess that was Love Alarm! anyways onto the "plan to watch" list it goes, won't be getting around to see it until Idk when lol xD just cuz rl be keeping me stressed but I'll check the cmts once in a while hehe - for now here's my fave Love Alarm fanvid about the REAL ship it shdve revolved around that I'll never get over! https://youtu.be/sOWPbqQsEu0 โกuโก
ps. I don't do shipwars regardless of orientations involved, I'm all about lovelovelove & G-rated romance is the best & if there's a triangle, then I most of the time will fanon OT3 them cuz I got a queerpoly!heart that usually can't choose sides haha so fingers crossed it's a good story overall! ;P
not a fan of bromance but I just realized that I can just decide that it's gay
I live my entire media life by "fanon over canon" lol ie I just be headcanoning happy endings with my fave ships regardless of how stories go, if I enjoyed so&so together then so be it, if I wanted a ~poly twist, then that definitely happened too.. ;P
Watch it friend its amezing I watched it 5 years ago but I still can watch its thats good so don't hesitate go…
my fave "business" drama is PROTECT THE BOSS, it's not only hilarious but has an OT4 that should melt your heart! ..I was gonna link an AWESOME fanvid but I just found out it's been geoblocked worldwide by SBS arrghh ๐ญ https://youtu.be/Uoceq8iEOYo well try this one instead: https://youtu.be/rDA7GBcbMCE ๐
