I think I read somewhere that TJC and YZ are both foodies and went out to eat together while shooting-- they put on a little weight while shooting because of their love of food, and didn't mind too much because "they were gaining weight together", until the director stepped in and told them to lose weight.

I don't know what their shooting schedules were like, and which scenes were shot in what order, but it may be that he might have gained a little weight while shooting his FFB scenes too.

Correction: They didn't go out to each, but brought food for each other and ended up putting on weight because they both put on weight easily.

She has THE most feminine face and they changed nothings with the makeup and literally just glued on some facial hair…

wow the kiss scene was so ugly. Can we please stop it with the open eye wooden kisses? The ML did his best… the FL… I know she does better kiss scenes now and this was when she was younger… but man, I hate the open and wide eyed kiss scenes in Cdramas and Kdramas. It’s not cute.

They need to stop working with those MUAs. More than the makeup in this series though, is the terrible wig they put on his hear.

The hairline at the front is so sparse, the color and the texture doesn’t suit him, and the sideburns are also weird. 😩

A Female Student Has Arrived at the Imperial College is cute and worth the watch. I’ve probably watched it 2-3x, but the pairing did look a bit odd and I just can’t put my finger on why.
