Watch Twelve Letters and When Destiny Brings the Demon. Two dramas. One is an idol drama for us to fawn over the mainleads. I usually think about whether the story revolves around elevating the leads or the whole crew elevating the story … it’s not always so clear.

Just reading past comments because I just finished and am suffering from withdrawal symptoms, if you haven’t already watched it, WYL was pretty good in I Am Nobody. Completely different character. It’s is also a completely different genre. That was the first drama I watched with her and I took note of her then. There was also a film with rubber ducks that’s not bad. The drama with Arthur chen not as good.

Oh No! here Comes Trouble is pretty good too.

Ep 8 35 min in, I can rewatch that scene a million times. The team did an amazing job capturing the raw emotion. Also, he’s now middle aged, stoops over a bit, and even has gray hair. Amazing transformation. Would never guess this was a 23 year old actor.

Yes, she’s such a good versatile actress though Feng Bao Bao and ye hai tang (TL) are my favorites.

I watched this back when it aired and revisited ep 1 today… it’s even funnier the 2nd time. First time was so different, I had to get used to it. It’s like a comic in action. Hilarious.

Yes - I noticed her In my Journey to you as well. That was also Ryan Cheng’s first full length dramas as well. She’s been in a couple other dramas recently as a main lead:
Perfect match and Serendipity. I didnt finish the other ones.

This drama came around just when they put out the 40 episode limit. I’m gonna guess that it was meant to be longer than that originally.

Yeah.. the journey is the most endearing part. The cards were stacked against them all. Only the princess.

Yes! I am not finished but the care put into this drama is so evident t. The music and background sound is perfectly woven into the drama, never overpowering it.
