Liu Haocun is good among the rising actresses but i don't think so she can be suitable as He Yan and she is mainly a movie actress and sometimes a movie actress can't handle when they suddenly get casted in a big ip and big length series.She did good job in derailment but that was a modern drama

They didn't wanted wang churan not for the reason that they didn't find her suitable ,it's because after her drama firework of my heart ,people hated her in everything,even started boycotting her other dramas

one thing i didn't expect CDL to have chemistry with ZLH.I mean i always felt she lacks chemistry with her co-star in her recent drama.But here even though they have least scene still they had chemistry.

they seemed to keep the rebirth plot as per the trailer...But maybe they will show the past life in another way , like a dream sequence or a story book(Like SOKP)...I prefer the story book rather than a dream.
Another thing can be possible that is rebirth plot in non-fantasy drama are not allowed but if they show it as a fantasy-historical drama then i think there will be no problem

Immortality can not be aired due to their restrictions ,same things happened to other bl adaptation so it is ridiculous to throw blames on him.he is filming a new drama smoothly because he hadn't done anything wrong.
i don't know about the topic related to the untamed but in 2020 i saw some comments on youtube saying he is homophobic while he is filming immortality and also read some comments there had been a fanwar between his and WYB fans long time before the untamed.I was a new cdrama fan that time so i don't know any details or what is true or false about this topic.His old fans can clarify it.But still this are not any scandals .

I finished the novel.
There are many characters in the drama that didn't existed in the novel.
For example there were no character like Hei Nian Ju,Feng Qi ,yes there were a character named Hong Luo who was FL's friend in demon realm but she had least appearance even there were no secondary CP. The novel is only focused on the main leads.I hope they won't downgrade the main cp because i loved their moments but it's annoying to see on weibo to compare two cp just because they don't feel the FL charming in xianxia drama.

But still it's kinda hard to imagine someone as XJX why did the author wrote him like that which made my standard high.
Another thing is all of the author's male leads are strong but their personalities are different.
But my top favorite male leads of her are xie jing xing and xiao jue,

then they made that episode numbers can not be more than 40,the duration can't be more than 40 min
now they made that if they divided a drama into two seasons then there should be 12 month gaps between them

But when did i obsessed with age and disgarded everything? I said i don't like same people in same genre again and again also don't like when 30+ actress plays teenage role,same goes for when 30+ actors plays 17 years old character .Yes age is just a number,they can act but i just don't like when people plays a characrer that is 15/20 years younger than their actual age.I didn't mean any disrespect towards them.Besides me many users also said that when some people recommended Zhao Lying,Yang Mi,Jing Tian etc's name.It's not that we are obsessed with age or we are saying that they looks old.There are sometime people will grow,even though they looks younger but they definitely will not look 15 years old to me.If i am obsessed with age and disgarded everything then i would have said to cast someone who is 18 years old that would be unreasonable.

And In terms of acting skill then i would have choose 85 flowers like zhao lying.I choose 95 flowers not because of only their age ,I preferd both youthful vibe and acting skill and i didn't even said to cast totally new actress with only having pretty face, who have no acting skill .There are many actresses who are underrated ,didn't get good roles or lead roles including Zhang Yaqin ,The little girl from AJTL, Jiang Yiyi, etc and as for "fresh face" i meant those who didn't have done many palace,political dramas but not those who is totally newbie and has no acting skill.
But yes we can't experiment with them in a big plot,but i argued with another user because that doesn't mean being a side actress they have no ability to handle the character because top actresses like YM,ZLY got big project after playing a side roles .And in the end if they really cast someone among the top flowers it's not like that i will turn into a hater,I just pointed my preferences .

Lastly Yes Tian Xi Wei doesn't match with my preferences ,she is not the best actress but i said she is better choice among the rumored actresses .That time when i commented, The Latest rumored actresses were Her and Yu Shu Xin and the rumored male leads were gong jun and song weilong.You can go on weibo to check if i am saying truth or not,As for the rumor about YZ,Reba,LQ that was for hype which is why i didn't bring their names.If someone asked me to choose between YSX and TXW then i will choose TXW but that doesn't mean i am saying she is best for the role or it's not that i am saying she is best than Reba,Li Qin,Yang Zi.

And as for saying idol drama.Even though it's not like other typical idol dramas but still rebirth/isekai plots are always listed in idol drama category and both Reba and LQ are my fav , but i wanted them to try those genre which they had never done.and in another comment i said i don't find YZ suitable as Shen Miao that doesn't mean i don't like her ,i was happy when she was casted as XY in LYF but i don't get the vibe of SM from her.

Anyway it depends on xinli media who will they cast.

Honesty they should better make it in two seasons because 36 episodes cannot give justice to the novel .I really hate their rules.
