Okay, I'm not very knowledgeable on the whole relationship among members of royal family, but I got confused…
I guess I was wrong to assume that King and Queen are like two halves of one whole, hence why I couldn't understand how one would be a threat to the other. Very complicated. But I get the general idea. Thank you.
Okay, I'm not very knowledgeable on the whole relationship among members of royal family, but I got confused when Jang Geum asked the King to clear Court Lady Han's name. Why did he say that it would make him spill blood, but more importantly, he said something like the Queen would become a threat to the heir??? Why? 0_0 And Dowager Queen was also getting worried about Queen potentially gaining more power. Help ._.
Unnecessarily long intro, was yawning the entire first hour or so. But then it got really good.
Main heroes are, sadly, often underdeveloped. The audience is expected to just.. accept what he is and not question how he got to be it. I wish writers would put more work into character side of things. :(
Wow. I love it. Because the storyline and the pace (and about a hundred other things) made it possible to understand…
The age confused me... They were 13-14 during the story, and there was a mention of them entering middle school together if all that didn't happen. But isn't 13 like 7th grade? So I assumed maybe the subtitles were wrong and they were talking about entering high school, not middle school. Which, given their ages, made more sense. In the end, she is entering said high school. Hardly any time passed in "real" world the first time Sung Min disappeared, so I thought the same amount passed the second time around. And in the beginning, the writer says she talked with Soo Rin over the course of 3 months, so that's summer vacation between end of middle school and beginning of high school. So I didn't think he waited around all that long. Please clarify if possible... ^^
Loved episode 6, but the ending felt a bit rushed/weird. Maybe they just showed small parts of the next episode?…
Husband is a nutcase for sure, and a coward. Ever heard of communication? Eesh. & Arisu was a hot mess from the beginning. Not sure if she'll actually die. That balcony didn't seem very high up?
Joo Won's mom from Secret Garden, ugh! I can't believe till the end she still didn't accept their relationship! Usually those mothers grow to deal or even change their mind, but she..! Been ages since I watched it, but I still think about that scene where she welcomes her grandchildren but completely ignores her own son and his wife. I haven't seen anyone worse in that category and I hope I won't.
