Cute, short and healthy youth romance

This is a really short romance with multiple couples. There was nothing wrong with the plot, other than the fact that I think they dragged the twin storyline about the FL taking her twins place. It made no sense for her to do this, couldn't she have just said that her sister was in a coma, I don't think it would have effected her grades.

I don't think I was in the mood for this drama. I don't like it when a drama starts off with the FL deceiving the ML, like Unexpected Love. But the FL's cuteness and overall personality sort of made up for it. I LOVED the main couple. I also felt bad for the second lead, but he was so late, he had no chance in hell. I hated how he still perused the FL despite knowing she's in a serious relationship, it got annoying.

I skipped a lot of the second lead couple scenes. I liked their characters, the FL and ML's best friends. But their storyline seemed like EVERY other second lead couple story line: the ML's rich, plaboy best friend falling for the FL's gorgeous, cool and nice best friend. Both of whom also happen to be very supporting of the main couple and help them get together. Their overall romance was so cliche.

I liked the FL's twins romance with her boyfriend l. I also loved the friendship between the FL, her twin, and her twins boyfriend.

The main lead couple were really cute and far less cliche than the second lead couple. In the first episode they pretended to be dating, and by the third they already like each other, at least the ML does. Which was really unexpected because I thought he'd play a cold character, but he was chasing the FL almost since the beginning and it was hilarious and adorable. They had such a cute, innocent and healthy relationship. They both really supported each other and trusted each other so much despite the deception. It was also really nice to see the ML having a SUPPORTING family shipping and pushing his relationship with the FL. I loved his family. We don't see or know of any of the FL's family other than her twin sister. The actress played both roles really well and had good chemistry with the ML.

I loved the main leads, they were perfect for each other

Simon Gong has such SOULFUL eyes. I love watching his drama's. Thought it'd be weird seeing him with short hair after watching Unique Lady, but it's not. He suits long and short hair really well.
I loved him as Ling Rui. I think the role really suited him. His charecter was soft, maybe a bit too soft, but so charismatic and Simon did so well expressing this.

I loved Lu Fangning the since moment we met her:
- She's a 'Boss bitch' like Se Ri from Crash Landing on You. She's a successful business woman whose entire life at the start of the drama, is revolved around her business and succeeding in her business.
- She is very forward with her opinions like Ko Moon Young from It's Okay Not to Be Okay. They give off the same vibe to me. It's the poker face and smile. They both seem like they could explode any second. Fangning, like Moon Young also used blackmail to get the ML at first, but the ML immediately sees through her. She's also the one to first chase him and does everything to get him.

Not to mention her outfits. They were gorgeous, like all the women's outfits from above.

Ling Rui and Fangning were perfect together. Their personalities fit so well together and they completed each other. I don't mean that in a cringe way. They helped each other become their true selves and helped bring that person out.

I loved (Uncle) Simon since the beginning, but for the for the first half of the drama you don't know where he stands. Whether he is good or bad. But his charecter was hilarious throughout. After the time jump, he became the comic relief character, which I loved, but I wanted to see more of his business side. I loved his scenes with Fangning, when he's the supportive uncle and businessman. I loved his scene with Yoyo even more, it was hilarious how he became a "grandpa" and suddenly he's an old man.

Siyu really grew on me. I loved her character development and her hillarious intentions with Simon before they got into a relationship and after the time jump. I also loved her friendship with Fangning, they, looking from an objective view, didn't seem like they'd be friends, but somehow became really good friends.

I liked the second lead couple (Siyu and Simon) but only AFTER the time jump.

Tang Ping also really grew on me. I never hated her, but I did dislike her and find her annoying. But after episode 21, I LOVED her. She seemed more in love with Fangning then she ever was with Ling Riu. Who wouldn't be in love with this FL though??

A lot of reviews and comments mention how the time jump was too big. It was 6 years. But I liked it because we got to see Yoyo, Fangning's son as a really smart and adorable child and not just a baby. Yoyo was the best part of the time jump and the best character as well. All the characters also, essentially got a life after the time jump. Everyone had a career and were doing really well, maybe not Simon (I don't know what he was doing). There was also a big change of scenery and not an extension of the same plot prior the time jump.

I LOVED everthing about this drama especially the leads.

This drama was on my watch list as 'high priority' ever since I watched Love is better than immortality. I really wanted to watch Li Hong Yi in this drama, one, because it's him, and two because of his hair. But I put off watching this, afraid that it wouldn't meet my expectations. But it went beyond my expectations.

I LOVED this drama. I loved Li Hong Yi and Shi Shi's characters so much. They also had amazing chemistry. Unlike many of Li Hong Yi's dramas that (for me) goes downhill, this is the only one that was consistent and had a really good script.

I loved Lin Miao. This is one of the first Cdramas I've watched where the FL is not immature in any way, but also not annoyingly mature. We also got to meet Lin Wei Jun, the immature, younger version of the FL who we get to see slowly mature. Shi shi did an amazing job portraying both characters, you could really see the difference in their personalities.

Jiao Yang is such a sweet and innocent person. The first boss ML in a Cdrama that isn't cold in any way. Despite the fact that he is a bit immature at first, we got to see so many of his good aspects. What a great leader he was and how caring he was to his people. He had no flaws, if anything, it was his innocence, how trusting he was of people that he's been warned not to trust. But that was understandable, because how can one think to not trust their own brother.

I loved Jiao Yang and Lin Miao's relationship and how it developed. Though it seemed slow, it grew to be an epic love within the span of 3 months. Jiao Yang was so sweet to Lin Miao even when he didn't seem to particularly like her. Neither seemed to have much experience in romance despite Jiao Yang's past 8 girlfriends (which I'm pretty certain he lied about) and Lin Miao forgot how to have a relationship after her really toxic past experience with love. I also loved Wei Jun and Jia Yang's relationship which was (ironically) in no way romantic. They were like siblings and they were hilarious together. I genuinely couldn't imagine Jia Yang and Wei Jun being in any sort of romantic relationship despite the fact that Lin Miao is future Wei Jun.

This drama had quite a lot of business talk. Usually I skip business talk in dramas, but I watched it all in this drama because it was really relevant to every aspect of the plot if this drama. The business talk was also interesting and not boring as it usually is in other dramas.

The last few episodes of this drama made me feel like crying. Especially when it came close to the 3 month date. You could see the love and concern Jiao Yang had for Lin Miao as she got sick and he took care of her. But, you also got to see Jiao Yang becoming independent, or forcing himself to be able to go on without Lin Miao knowing that she has to leave. I loved how he arranged so that he will be able to continue without her so that he can wait for her hopeful return in 10 years. It was so sad and heart wrenching to see that if I didn't already know that (spoiler) this drama had a happy ending, I'd have cried the last 2 episodes straight.

Only two things could have made this drama better (SPOILERS):
1) It would have been better if some of the important conversations and interactions were on screen. I hated how they had the scene of Jiao Yang realising for himself that Lin Miao is from the future, off screen. They had a lot of conversations that were relevant and would have been really interesting, off screen.
2) I wish they had some sort of explanation for the time travel. Not how it works, but how it changed Lin Miao's present (2020) life. And what happened to Lin Wei Jun in 2020. The ending, though happy didn't explain how Lin Miao was still herself in 2020 when she met Jiao Yang again. I mean, it can be interpreted that she somehow merged with Lin Wei Jun through a time loop, or something.

I really wish they had a more extended ending where they focused on the main leads in the present (2020). Then again, Jiao Yang didn't seem to change much, so their relationship would likely remain the same. But, still, there was a 10 year jump. I NEED MORE.

Great music but plot was too slow and mostly boring

I loved the music in this drama. I loved every single song that was played and I never really listened to Cpop before, only OST's of Cdrama's I've watched, but this drama got me into Cpop. It also got me into Z.Tao's music. I can now say that I am a fan of Z.Tao's music and I love his rapping, which is ironic because I don't like rap music (English), but I now like Chinese rap.

I loved the two main lead characters in this drama, especially Z.Tao's charecter. After watching some his videos, I feel like his character really suited him.
I also liked Janice's character. Sometimes her character was annoyingly nice, but I LOVED her loyalty.

I didn't particularly like the second lead characters: Zirui and Yuan. They were okay at first, and towards the end when the drama was finally starting to get good, I started to dislike their characters and even outright HATED them especially Yuan. There is a love triangle of sorts in this drama, but I never liked the second lead, he was a hypocrite who would throw away everything to get his career, which is the exact opposite of the main lead.

I loved the character development of Zheng. He really grows in this drama but I loved him even before his charecter development.

This drama had a really slow, slow burn romance. But it was so real. The characters slowly fall in love with each (after more than half the drama) without even realising. And you can really see how their treatment of each other changes. But their bickering never stops nor change in any way, which I loved. I loved how Zheng and ZhenZhen stuck with each other through thick and thin and you see how much they both sacrificed to be with each other even before they actually got together.

The romance was good. The music was great. The main characters were also great. I especially loved Zheng's story especially around episode 30 onwards, but other than that, I hated everything else about this drama. The first half of the drama didn't even focus much on the main characters. There is so much business talk that I skipped though more than half this drama. There isn't even any comedy or non-toxic, ship worthy couples to fill the plot. It was just plain and BORING business talk and side characters there's nothing to like about. Which is why my rating is low.

I was originally going to give this 5 stars only for the music and Zheng's character, not to mention the chemistry between the leads. But the last several episodes really had a plot improvement by focusing more on the leads and their career, especially Zheng's career. But I skipped more of this drama than I actually watched, if it wasn't for the music I'd say it wasn't worth watching at all.

Loved the cast, liked the music, later started to hate the script

My 100th drama completed.

I started this drama because I loved Wang Yuwen in Novaland 2 and I wanted to watch Xiao Zhan as a lead in one of his earlier dramas before watching The Untamed.

Music:
This drama started of really good. Gave me serious old (early 2000's) American (abc and Disney) drama/movies vibes, mostly because of the music, as well as Moorim School. But then after around 13 episodes it went downhill. The theme song changed first off all, and it no longer had good background music, if any background music at all. And the music was one of the best parts of this drama.

Acting:
The acting was great and I find it amazing how all the ML's were from X nine, the entire boy group is in this drama and they were all really good at acting. It also explained the really good chemistry between the male leads.
I've watched the FL before on Novaland so I know she's not a bad actress. And she wasn't. I just didn't like her role. Out of a school full of people with superpowers, why does this girl have no powers? Why is she the most useless and helpless character in the entire drama? I just didn't like this about her character. I thought that she, like in Novaland, would grow stronger as the series goes on, but she really doesn't.

Comedy:
The only other good thing about this drama was the comedy. The script wasn't that great, sometimes plain awful. But the comedy was consistent and made a really cringe scene, or serious scene funny. Some of the characters did some seriously stupid stuff, if it weren't for the whole comedy aspect, especially with the villains, then all the characters would have just been plain annoying. There's a line between being comedically stupid and being annoying stupid and this drama did great on the first.

Plot:
The plot started off really good and seemed like it would go somewhere. But at the end it didn't really go anywhere, at least where the FL was concerned. The plot completely changed directions less then halfway through the drama, it was going one way and then I lost the plot because they got some random plots out of nowhere. It wasn't that the plot was bad, it was just executed badly. Important events that should have taken more of the story, took about an episode or less.

Ending (Possible spoilers):
Somehow this drama was both too long and too short. The episodes are less then 20 minutes each (excluding the intro and bts), and yet it still felt too long because it got really boring. But it was short in the sense that the ending, when the story finally got somewhere in the last episode, wasn't really explained, it seemed out of nowhere and went against the entire plot of the show. Characters that had certain goals, especially the villains, suddenly just stopped.

This NEEDS more seasons

I loved this drama. I loved everything about this drama. I loved Gong Xi. I loved loving Lian and I loved hating Shang.

This is such a sweet drama despite the fact that it's focus was on revenge. I wouldn't say this is a romance because the drama was too short to actually show any romance. The plot itself is more about growing up. Gong Xi starts off as a women who has been in love with the same man since childhood, Shang. They grew up together and she helped him get to fame. But she then finds out that he never really cared for her and was only using her so she seeks revenge by entering the entertainment industry where she meets Lian who helps her heal. He helped her stop hating to the point that she no longer cares for revenge. We got to see a relationship grow out of respect and admiration, I wouldn't say that it had grown to a fully romantic relationship, but it's there.

Qin is one of my favourite characters that we meet on the first episode. At first she may not seem like a nice person, but at no point does she exude any villainous characteristics, I understood why she immediately took a dislike to Gong Xi because her first impression of Gong Xi was also my first impression of her and I also felt like I can relate a lot more to Qin then any other character in this drama. Even when neither charecters liked each other, you immediately get the vibe that they will become best friends, and I loved their friendship and the overall aura that both characters presented. Gong Xi's aura is one of the biggest elements in this drama, she has a very strong aura that helps her gain fame.

I really wish this drama was longer and I wish we got to see more of Shang. I loved Shang's character, in the sense that I loved hating him. I feel like if this drama were longer, he would have grown to be a more likeable person that I might actually ship with the Gong Xi. It's a pity that he had so few scenes especially with Gong Xi. They had amazing chemistry, she had good chemistry with Lian as well, but Gong Xi and Shang's scenes after she entered the entertainment industry were either hillarious or hot. Lian and Gong Xi's scenes were more sweet.

I read that this is based of off an anime (not sure if the anime or manga came first), and the anime is complete (more so than this) so I'll probably watch it even though I don't watch anime, because this drama was that good and I NEED an ending.

A very, very slow burn romance

This is a light and fluffy romance drama that really doesn't have much, if any, actual romance. It's mostly about friendship, and I loved the friendship in this drama.

The two main leads both have three potential love interests including each other. I kinda loved that they both had the same number of potential love interests. The ML annoyed me a lot in this drama because he kept going back and forth between his ex and the FL. I also loved that the FL didn't immediately start liking him, she very slowly started to grow feelings for the ML. The ML by this season had already started to have feelings for the FL but didn't make this obvious.

I loved that the romance didn't really start until all the unrequited love of the other potential love interests was resolved in some way.

This show needs a third season with the same cast. I loved the cast of this drama, especially the leads, they had really good chemistry. The FL had chemistry with litterally everyone including her teacher and cousin, which was hillarious.

I still can't believe how little romance we got in this drama. I watched 2 seasons of this drama (in less then 2 days) only to get that!

Light and fluffy friendship

This drama was very light-hearted, despite some really emotional storylines in the plot, the plot itself was very light and fluffy. This is only season 1 of the drama and the romance hasn't really started yet but it's growing. So far we got some really good friendships between a lot of the charecters.

I loved the FL. Her character is very different to other characters I've seen, and strangely enough, as the summary of this show suggests, she is really easy to love because of all her quirks. The actress had chemistry with nearly all the characters and you'd probably get multi-lead syndrome rather than second lead syndrome.

I loved the ML's mother. She is even more quirky than the FL and her relationship with her son and the FL was the best part of this drama. I love how she loved them both and how she shipped them from the start. The misunderstandings she accidentally walks into are hillarious. Heck the misunderstandings the ML and the FL have are hillarious in general.

This was a very short season that I finished off in a day and it's definitely worth the watch.

Sweet and Realistic

I really liked this movie and all the characters in it. The movie is entirely from the ML's point of view as we see him fall in love with the FL as a child and later grows up to follow her and his dream. I loved his devotion to the FL and I loved the friendship between the leads. Even though we don't see any of this story from the FL's point of view, you can see that she also loves him, maybe as much as he does her.

What I found really realistic about this movie was the relationship between the leads. How they both clearly love each other and want to be more but don't bring it up to each other because they don't know how the other feels. Their relationship seemed like that of two people who are holding on to each other for fear of losing the other person if they ever admitted their feelings. The FL was very forward with the ML in the sense that she did so much to make sure the ML was next to her, going so far as to make him her assistant. The ML also moved all the way to her school to be next to her, but he never tells her this. His shyness and nervousness prevent him from being as open to her as she is with him. She even criticised him for treating her like a stranger when they see each other, and that is because he's too nervous to do anything else. But she forces her way in, in a way that he both likes and accepts.

I loved that they are immediately able to click and be friends after seeing each other several years later. It's like their relationship was just on pause and immediately resumed after meeting each other. Despite all the years, they've never forgotten each other and seem to value each other a lot.

The actors also seem to have good chemistry, though I would have liked to see more scenes between the ML and FL. Midway through, right when a romantic attachment was begining to form between the charecters, the actors started to have fewer scenes together until the end.

The entire plot is revolved around the ML's love for the FL and the FL's persuel of her childhood dream that prompts the ML to also go after his. It's a very sweet and fluffy romance with nothing else to it, great for when you don't want watch anything serious.

Short and Different

I loved that this drama was really short but still had a really good pace. I didn't know that this drama was part of a bigger series, not that you have to watch the previous dramas in the series to understand this one. From what I've gathered, the plot of the other dramas do not inter link with the plot of this one. But I really liked this concept because it is really new to me.

I've watched a few Thai dramas, and this is very different to them. For the first time in a Thai drama, I actually liked all the characters and the plot had nothing to do with revenge or justice. The plot wasn't that serious and it was more sweet then anything. I loved the main leads and the brother. They all had such nice and different personalities but are somehow able to create a really good friendship. They all also had really good chemistry.

The ending of this was strange. After watching the last episode, I found the FL's parent to be a bit weird and their whole explanation of what they did, but it made me feel better for the brother and made his actions in this drama make more sense. I didn't like the very brief (but significant) love triangle in this drama at all. I thought it was pointless and ruined the characters, but then the story went back on track.

For me it was definitely worth the watch because it's so different to the Thai dramas I usually see. It also had two love stories that we get to see developing, so there's that.

Terrible Remake

I watched this movie because I really liked the original Japanese movie and drama it was based on. Even though the two had essentially the same plot, somehow this came out really bad.

Even though this is a historical remake of the Japanese version, it has the exact same plot. It is the carbon copy of the original, lacking everything that made the original so good. The FL had no personality at all. Her character was always expressionless , even when she is meant to be happy, you litterally cannot tell. The only emotion she was good at expressing was sadness, even though her character is meant to be optimistic and happy. She can cry and that's about it.

I didn't really care for the plot of this movie because it is the same plot as the original. They didn't add anything to it at all, it was just repeating it. But the way it was executed was terrible and so bland. I didn't feel anything, I just wanted to get it over with so I skimmed to the end.

The ML wasn't bad, but even his acting wasn't that good either. It had very little emotion even though he is meant to be angry most of the time. I can't really say anything about any of the other charecters because they didn't seem to be significant to the plot at all. It was very rushed, despite the fact that I skipped through it, the plot itself seemed to skim through the story without actually delving into anything. We don't actually get to know anything about the FL's background and why she wants to change herself, I only knew this from the Japanese version, but we don't see much of anything in this version.

Why is this so popular?

I have read so many reviews of this show and I know that there are MANY remakes of it. In fact, I watched more then half of the Chinese remake of the remake of this drama and I still don't understand the hype. I actually didn't realise I was watching the original drama Meteor Garden was based on until after I started this drama.

Many people like this drama because of the female lead. I liked the FL, she is the kind of person everyone would want as a friend because she is so loyal. Her loyalty to her friends and family, is to me, her best characteristic. I just didn't like how she treated the ML.

The male lead is my favourite character in this drama. Yes, he starts of as a bully, I mean a really bad bully. But his personality makes a complete 180 within 2 episodes. By episode 3 I loved his charecter. And the acting was amazing, even when his character is being mean, his eyes are so expressive and honestly reminded me of a lost puppy. His eyes always seem to hold back tears. He was also so much more loyal than the FL. He does put his friends through some shit, but no matter what, he always sided with those he loved; he trusted them and was always loyal to them. That is unless they broke his trust. But even then, he can't hold back.

I loved the character development of all the F4 members, especially the ML. The SML didn't really have a character development at all.

Since the FL already started off as a loyal and strong character, she didn't really have much character development. I didn't like her any more at the end than I did in the begining. I just hated her treatment of the ML who obviously did so much for her, and I really dislike the fact that it took until the last episode of season 1 for the FL to realise she may actually like the ML. Her treatment of the ML compared to her treatment of one of the actual 'villains' is so backwards:
- You have this loyal, adorably dumb (yet really smart) BF who goes out of his comfort zone to make you happy, and yet the FL immediately breaks up with him due to a misunderstanding that is not the ML's fault.
- Then you have a backstabbing 'friend' who used you and lied to you throughout your entire relationship, and yet the FL was able to forgive her almost immediately without the 'friend' having to do anything to regain the FL's trust.

The FL really annoyed me throughout this drama and litterally had me thinking "who tf does the fl think she is?". She just goes overboard and into things she has no business going into. Her charecters, if anything, was very lucky. Lucky that she has powerful friends.

The comedy aspect was really good. Again, this is all thanks to the ML who brought in ALL the comedy. His charecter was the reason I finished this season off. I really want to see more of the smart side of his character because it is so surprising how bad he is at Japanese considering the fact that it's his native language and that he must have gown up with really good education.

Great Character Development

I really liked this drama. It was very short, sweet and straight to the point with a really good pace. I loved all the characters, and I love how this drama focused on the FL becoming a stronger person after years of being bullied at her old school. It didn't just focus on the romance.

I really liked the FL in this drama. The first Jdrama where the FL isn't annoying and weak with a childish voice. You got to really see how strong she is and I really like that she didn't like the ML at first. The ML is like a child when it comes to expressing his crush on the FL (by bullying her). But despite this, he really helped her grow and become a stronger person by forcing her to do things she was uncomfortable to do. I don't mean this in a bad way; the ML saw her list of things she wants to do to become her new self and the situations he put her in forced her to accomplish these goals without even realising it. My favourite part was how he made her go to her school reunion by telling her thay she should go because she "changed", she accomplished her goals and so she should show her old classmates that she is so much better now.

I didn't really like the SML at first. He does grow on me, but it felt more like he was using the FL more than anything. I understand why the FL liked him more than the ML: the ML represented everything she was running away from. But the ML does in fact turn out to he better than this, and I love that she realises that he was actually helping her out in his odd way.

You can really see that this drama was based of off a manga. I mean the ML's hair cut and his characteristics are so exaggerated, that from what little I've seen of manga's, even I can tell he is based of off one. It's the harshness of his character, his over reactions and the fact that he is always screaming, it's unrealistic, but in the world of this drama, it is very real and normal.

I also really like thay neither the FL nor the ML realise that they like each other in this drama.

After watching the sequel I can tell you that the story concluded really well.

Should have watched the prequel first

When I started this movie it felt very rushed and the story was definitely missing something. I had no idea there was a 2 episode prequel to this and I regret not starting with that. Other than that, it was a really good movie, and my first Japanese movie to add.

I really liked the FL. I understood why she liked the SML at first but I preferred her dynamic with the ML more. The ML is litterally the kid who bullies the girl he has a crush on. He makes it very obvious that he likes her and calls her "dumb" for not getting it. But then again, with the way he was treating her, it made sense for her to dislike him, and not get this point at all considering how badly she was bullied in her old school. The SML was sweet but really boring, I didn't understand his character at all, until the last 10 minutes of the movie.

Edited after prequel: After watching the prequel I can say that his character is actually worse than I expected. He was using the FL for the majority of their relationship in order to retaliate against the ML, that is until he grows to actually like her. I hated how he believed himself to be the better person when he knew, before the ML did, that the ML liked her. He knew that the ML genuinely cared for the FL before he pretended to care for the FL, and yet he throws shade at the ML and tells him to back off. I mean WTF.

I didn't like all the unnecessary drama that came up towards the end of this movie. I feel like they could have extended the ending of this movie to make it better and maybe slowed down the pace at the start.

The best part about this move was the ending. The dynamics completely change between the FL and ML. I mean when the ML was chasing the FL he was very confident about it, but when she finally reciprocated, he got so shy it was adorable. Would have loved it if this was longer and we got to see more of the FL and ML together as a couple. I really wanted to see more of them in the new dynamic where thay are both equal as opposed to slave/master dynamic they had for the majority of this movie.

Amazing Acting

This is the first Thai drama I've completed and i have to say that it's unlike any Crdama, Kdrama or Taiwanese drama I've ever seen. If anything, the way the plot unfolds and goes throughout the drama reminds me of Mexican Telenovela's (only much shorter), the key aspects of the drama being the misunderstandings that could have easily been solved had any of the characters ever spoke the truth or bothered to listen to the truth.

One of the best thing about this drama was the acting. Especially Yaya's portrayed of the female lead; you can really see her emotions through her eyes, when she's being cold and when she's being warm. The FL's storyline had me in tears and whenever the FL would recall anything about her family life, I could litterally feel the pain in her eyes. I have never been so emotional about a character in any drama before. I didn't even feel bad for the ML when he lost his fiance or any of the secondary characters, all of whom had their own drama to deal with, but I sympathised with the FL throughout. I could skip the scenes with any other charecter, but not the FL's scenes or storyline, she had me hooked.

The drama starts off with the FL being portrayed as a 'bad' person, when truly the only antagonist was the ML's sister throughout the drama. But I loved the FL's character so much: a women who could stand on her own, make her own success and living and could care less what others thought of her.

I didn't really like the other charecters so much, I loved all of the FL's friends including her manager. Their relationship was so sweet.

The secondary couple had a very toxic relationship that I didn't like for a lot of the drama. But the main couple was the definition of a 'slow burn romance'. It was really slow, but it was also very genuine, the build up was the best part of the drama.

The ending was definitely not as good as I wanted it to be, especially the action aspect. I wanted less romance and more action at the end, especially for a drama that really focused itself on the action aspect for the main couple for the majority of the drama. I had to skim through the last episode of the drama because there was way too much romance and nothing else.

Overall, the acting of all the characters in this drama was really good, and not cringe (until the last episode). This is definitely a show I'd recommend to anyone who is a fan of a LOT of drama, anyone who liked telenovela's, but not really anyone whose a Cdrama, Taiwanese drama or Kdrama fan, it doesn't really fit the vibe.
