Goddd I'm quite disappointed too. And don't even get me with the fast pace on top of it. Everything except for the acting seems pretty substandard too (especially the direction and editing as you mentioned). I've read the manhua and they've made a LOT of changes which I'm not a fan of either especially with respect to Ban's character. The leads will just have to carry this drama for the rest 🙃
