For me, the princess and emperor's story completely stole the spotlight. Those two absolutely delivered. I actually…
So so true. I was hoping until the very last second that at least their child would survive. It was a tragic story all the way ๐ฅ I literally had to read their alternative ending (in the discussion thread) cuz I was heartbroken
Very cute. I appreciated that the female lead is portrayed as more sensible in this version than in any other version, imo. The male lead looks more like a bad boy than a nerdy, stuck-up genius, but that's just me personally. He gives me that vibe, idk. Unfortunately, the plot was changed quite a bit. Everything felt a bit rushed.
If you're a fan of the story and want to watch all versions of Itazura na Kiss, I recommend watching.
The circulating news is about short drama regulations not about full length drama, love Story in the 1970s is…
As a pretty avid watcher of short/micro dramas, I have to say that I'm pretty pleased with this recent change. The CEO trope was getting out of hand ๐ I'm finally starting to see different plots and settings circulating around lol
Woow, the amount of toxicity and body-shaming I'm seeing in the comments is insane. I come from a region where most girls look like her--tall and slim. Nothing new. I think she looks fine.
This is NOT anorexia. Let me repeat: she does not look anorexic. I feel like we have completely lost what anorexia actually looks like.
Now, could she have an eating disorder? Maybe--even possibly (due to her job and stress). Is the entertainment industry extremely toxic? Hell yes.
don't Japan have any young good looking actor? or they actually have fetis of old man young girl relationship.
It's not really a matter of that. The movie was adapted from a manga. Keep in mind that 99% of Japanese movies and dramas are adaptations from manga/light novels.
Umm, if ONLY she wasnโt in school!!! And โjust started high schoolโ means 9th standard, right??? Aahhhh....so…
They have a 10-year age gap, 16/26. The movie could have been executed better, for sure, though the storyline remains problematic. The manga, honestly, isn't that bad--the FL is more mature there. I personally enjoyed reading it because the artist depicted more realistic body types, which is rare. This is one of those stories that fares mostly okay in the books but not when adapted with real ppl in a movie or series.

Thank you!
Any idea why it's so low?
