100%! I genuinely rarely re-watch dramas since a second watch is never as good as the first, but most of the ones you listed are my top tier masterpieces (that I have gone back to). And I knew Pursuit of Jade would be among them even before it aired (been keeping a close eye on this page for years, and when I saw the cast, my mouth actually dropped haha I knew it was going to be rly good)
