Tbh I don’t get that either. I’m on ep 24 and it’s still unclear. All I can think is that maybe it was consiedered the norm for doctors and physicians to travel about, so they weren’t ever seen as traitors to their own native country? Idk

I think they did that bc the actor has such a baby face irl. Tbh I like him more in modern dramas, but apparently they really wanted him to portray a character that doesn’t entirely suit him. Hes an amazing actor, so he was able to make it work nonetheless.

Yes!! It's really really good. Lots of things happened in eps 15-20, so I'm quite literally on the edge of my seat to continue watching! So for now, it's not dragging whatsoever. Definitely continue watching cuz there's some special (😙) scenes up ahead hehe
