But the drama did it differently, so ep 27's one cannot be considered a divorce, so you're correct.

Qi Min is the son of crown prince Chengde, who died 17 years back. Hence Qi Min is the legitimate heir of the throne, he wants to get back his throne by overthrowing the puppet emperor.
Qi Min's, Crown Princess (his mom), Prince Changxin's consort and her son were present in the Eastern palace. Crown Princess feared that after Crown Prince's death, her son would be targeted. Hence she deliberately put fire to the place killing Changxin's consort and son. Qi Min's face was deliberately burnt and he took the place of Changxin's son. His mother died in the fire as well.

No not at all, she is Princess Royal, did they mention she was the first born in the drama? Because that doesn't seem possible from at least the novel context. Crown Prince was the eldest child, who even had a son of few years before Crown Prince's death. Qi Shu must be really be a toddler then, cause she is a young girl now. I think she might be the youngest child of the previous emperor, though this is not mentioned.
Ohh I am sorry, if you mean eldest girl child, I don't know if Qi Shu has elder sisters or not. It was not mentioned. Crown Prince, 16th Prince and Qi Sheng (current emperor) and Qi Shu were only mentioned in the novel.

No worries. Its a possibility that you read a comment from here. A couple of days back some of us were discussing how it would be good if QQ and QM meet in a next life, or when QQ goes back, another reality, and QM is normal there, and they meet, fall in love and have a family together. Some one even said they would hate to see their abuser in their next life as well. But it was a joke, like just wishful thinking of few of us, but it was not part of the novel. So its possible you read one of those comments and got confused.

If they go by the novel, there would be a third divorce. Yeah its true, but don't worry its very short. In the drama, by the previews it seems its from ep 31 to 33.
They have a blood feud between them. As FL's father's real identity gets revealed, he is considered responsible for the deaths of ML's father, Crown Prince, and 1,00,000 soldiers. FL's father and grandpa were considered traitors of the kingdom. So that leads to the separation because ML is unable to stay with the daughter of his parent's killer, and FL wants to find the truth.
The drama seems to have changed it a bit though, ML doesn't seem to want separating from FL in ep 31 preview.

Qi Min wants to overthrow Yin Emperor. Yes Changxin is his adoptive father, but Changxin thinks he is his real son.

Hihihi lets suffer together. So we want more than 1 episode everyday, but we also don't want it to end soon, we want express but we don't want it as well because then it will end in a day. Ahh we are so conflicted.

I have sympathy for that child though. His mother burnt his face. He heard his mother's screams while dying. Everyone was scared of him due to his face. He was weak not allowed to learn martial arts. He had to continue to struggle to survive. Never received a little love. Went through immense pain for those skin grafting procedures, because apparently Nanny thinks Emperor cannot have scars. Bro badly needed therapy.
Huhh, but then he became such a madman, abusive and cruel person, that I have no choice other than hating him.

The younger is portrayed as a pervert, elder one nope. That's why the younger one weirded me out as well.
