Some people pretend like the mains are already in an abusive relationship, when they just met each other while the one has immediately a crush and the other is annoyed by this random guy stalking him a bit?
They didn't even start doing anything and still have so much time to develop... Every single main character of a story undergoes a character development otherwise there wouldn't be a story to tell... these two seem to have the task to learn the POV of the other one to understand and grow from each other. How that goes and looks like is what we will see?
I have the suspicion that Kiyoi calls Hira "disgusting" because he's annoyed that he doesn't defend himself against the others, apologises himself for everything and does anything they tell him. Kiyois behavior suggest this so far, since he helped Hira and kind of tests himself how far someone can go with him. Kiyoi calling him disgusting a second time after Hira says he would rather die than spilling Kiyois secret, just supports that theory. He might dislike it when people let others step on them like this. Meanwhile Hira seems to develop some sort of kink (sub/dom dynamic) for it. This happens and is a thing in real life, and some people can identify with characters and stories like this. So, kindly move on if it's not your thing~
Just because they are fluffy you label them as garbage? 🙄🙄🙄
besides the characters in Kieta Hatsukoi have flaws: communication, honesty and self reflection. I like dark and light stories and characters. Don't know why we have to fight for one side here. it's just stories...
Everyone talking about bullying but I thought more ppl would pick up on (or just mention) the kink elements being…
Kink? In the society of purity culture? :D I totally see what you mean. It could develop sub / dom vibes. I would love that. Besides Kiyoi already lowkey defends Hira, he just is confused by his own actions. Shy person being protected by the king of the school is such an old fantasy. Some like the sunny boys some like the bad guys and divas. Why are people mad about it? Let us fans of the 'darker' topics have some fun too...
btw. I got bullied in high school, it left marks on me, I still like stories like this.
Why? It's basically his trophy collection and a way to relive his crimes.
Other people collect stickers or postage stamps, he collects the bloody finger prints, time, date and description of his kills. Inwoo got raised as a hunter, so it's probably similar to having a dear head on the wall. It's not like real life serial killer don't keep things from their victims. Some actually write it down as well.
It's so sad to see people on MDL hate on the female lead. She was most of the reason the mystery got solved in…
Yep... the 'good' old misogyny in asian movie and music fandoms, which ironically is full of women. So it's often either rooted in jealousy or (internalized) sexism towards female leads while male leads get treated with way more tolerance. The things I read in the short time I watch kDramas.... but I know this from japanese fandoms as well.
I didn't find it as bad as others describe it. It's low budged and some actors are a bit... overacting. But there are definitely way worse thai shows out there and this was just the first episode. The story and main characters are interesting enough~
I want to start off by saying that I think Ja and First did a great job with what they were given. Their acting…
I would be so here for a series featuring Leon x Pob and Cir x Phu... Champ x Doc can come too. I wasn't too interested in them but they deserve closure and just a good time as well. Someone adopt those characters and make something out of it.
I do not understand why it is so successful.it's because it's a bl? It's good it's cute but many jdrama we kind…
Everything the others said but I like to add that we also get really good bisexual & demisexual representation from the maincharacters! + a really lovely hetero couple! And I like how the trasition from manga to live action is made in a still dorky but realistic way.
