So this beautiful Romcom has finally come to an end. What can I say, I'll truly miss it and I know some of you will too.

From the scenes of Cuba to South Korea, episode 1 to 16 were well exicuted. Big props to the writer and the cast that brought this lovely story to life. I loved it very much. That ending was everything a Romcom suppose to be in correlation to the plot, so subtle and romantic.

WHAT I LOVED

1.THE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT.

It was very steady and not forced by both Ms Cha and Jin-Hyeok love relationship. I really liked that alot, I've seen many times the love was force and prematurly occurred but in this case it was not. They both got to know each other first hand.

2. EMOTIONS

Showcasing emotions In films plays a big part in how well an individual can act, how well we as the audience/viewers can connect with what is being portrayed in an emotional standpoint. Both Soo-Hyun and Jin-Hyeok did that, as a matter of fact the whole cast did that. I was able to connect with them and to be honest I even shared a tear which is not quite often ????. Big thumps up.

3. CINEMATOGRAPHY

I know the majority of the scenes took place in South Korea but the scenes in Cuba were breathtaking. I don't know if is BEACUSE I'm form the Caribbean so I'm being a bit bias or what but those scenes they captured were supercalifragilisticexpialidocious lol it was wonderful.

4. OST
Easily rated at a 10. So soothing yet catchy. My favorites are the day we met, don't hesitate love and that night. They go so well with each scene.

5.LESSON LEARNED

All dramas give out a different vibe and sometimes the vibe might be similar to another drama that you may have seen. Now this drama I've learned alot of life lessons but there is one that stood out most to me is that sometimes you have to stoop to conquer. Both Jin-Hyeok and Ms Cha could have just gave up on their love for each other because of the obstacles that stood in front of them.
Yes one might say Ms Cha was a bit coward and let go a bit but the most important thing is that she never gave up and her man stood by her all the way and in the end, both hand in hand conquered the obstacles and their love were able to flourish.

WHAT I DISLIKE

There were not so much major things that I could actually say I disliked but there was one thing. Ms Cha took so long to stand up for herself and allowed herself to be battered by family that was no longer family and at times I was becoming upset with her, but in the end it all turned out great. Patience is surely a virtue, something I wish I had lol.

MY RATINGS

As Jin-Hyeok rightfully said "don't be sorry, thank you for being brave"
There is hope in Love so with that being said my rate is ;
10/10.

This was a well put together drama and I highly recommend it to everyone. ????

Complex dynamic

This was a well written drama. I wouldn't recommend contemplating whether to watch Soley on the Ratings here. It's one of those dramas where you have to watch a few episodes yourself to get the hang of it and see if it really is to your liking or not. It's a slow burn however, captivating enough to hook you. If slow burn isn't your thing, you would definitely not enjoy this. There are definitely a few chocker moments, the suspense and thriller tag were surely seen in this drama, I can admit I was not expecting such suspenseful turn of events. You would guess and just when you think that's definitely the case, BOOM another unexpected happening. The trolley effect was also demonstrated. A good watch, i rate 8.5/10 and i will recommend.

It's a Toxic relationship, Nevertheless

This drama sets the example of what not to do in a relationship. If you like toxic relationship, bad choices and merry go round situations then this drama is for you.

In This review I will be only focusing on the two main leads, Nabi and Jae eon.

First, let me just point something out.
Two broken people cannot be together and if they do the relationship will always be/remain rocky. They need therapy, they need to fix themselves first. As along as they don't seek professional help I'm against them being a couple. There's nothing wrong with being single. Be single happy and free rather than be in fear if your partner truly loves you for you and not just lust.

NABI- I believe she is a very sweet girl but has poor choice and makes poor choices when it comes to her love life. From her first toxic relationship, I would salute her for getting away from that relationship bearing in mind it was her first boyfriend and relationship. Although it her some time, still bravo to her.

Now, although she got out of that she jumped right in to another without processing her breakup. To me, if i were in that situation and I went to an art gallery and saw my figure with my name being exibeted I might have had a nervous breakdown and definitely would not be interested in getting into any relationship that quickly. I would say that Jae eon showed up at perfect timing And uttered sweet lyrics to her. Some would say love at first sight, nope i disagree, it was sexual attraction at first sight.

As you will see throughout the drama they both were very sexually compatible. Sexual compatibility doesn't depict love in a relationship. She wanted more in the relationship but her partner was unwilling to commit. She also did not know him as a person, his likes and dislikes and when she ask questions he basically shuts her up by using sex & physical contact.

She want's to claim him as hers, give him the pronoun boyfriend and be happy with him. She went away and wanted out of the relationship, he followed her and yet he still was not being candid with her. Why? I still don't know but somehow he magically changed and wants to be in a real relationship? People change... yes but not that easily. I mean if that's the kind of relationship she wants good for her.

JAE EON- He is a good person, however, he has underlying trauma and issues that needs to be addressed and looked after. His reasons for not wanting to commit to a relationship is quite difficult to understand. He uses sex as a means of coping that's why when perdinal questions are been asked to him he uses physical contact to guard his pain. I believe he could be freed from his toxic tendencies if the writer explored more on the mental issues he has.

Nevertheless, two broken people in a relationship what happiness could they give each other. Nabi is still not heal from her bad breakup and Jae eon has some underlying issues/trauma that's yet to be known. Until they work on themselves individually they shouldn't be in any relationship.

The drama on a whole was not to my liking and as stated at the beginning what it entails no so much my cup of tea. Nevertheless i completed it but won't re watch.

Ode to Unchangeable,Unstoppable Nurture.

Humans will be Humans, it's either you trust them or you don't. This drama was filled with action and very entertaining however i would have preferred a different ending.

Looking back from episode 1 all the way to 16 I would really like to applaud Gu Reum, this incredible woman was a hard worker, persistent, stayed true to her self and a very good fighter, however I honestly think she was never genuinely happy. What she didn't realize was that you can't change people, people only change if they choose to and on their own terms and free will.

The fight for justice for her parents, being left alone from a very young age and the battle of being alone and lonely was all too much for her. I was deeply saddened by the way things ended for her. The little happiness she got was quickly taken away from her.

Zi-0 being born by a form of genetic mutation and genetically modified was incapable of feeling emotions until he met Gu Reum and like her he was alone & lonely and even more so always on the run escaping death.

I believe things would have ended differently if he went through therapy, to me he changed his perspective on life again because he was never free from the mental chained state he was in since childhood and then meeting the same people again who put him through hell, calling him a monster led him to believe that that is who he really is.
To free yourself from mental slavery, you must go through a form of therapy, sadly he did not and the result was a reflection of that.

People will only cry help and say they're changed only when death are at their doors, humans are evil selfish beings that worship money and just like those from the drama they lack humanity and never changed.

This drama is a little gem, there will be frustrating scenes that will have you wanting to drop it but I personally think it's worth a try. Not a ending I was hoping for but it is what it is and somewhat realistic.
8.5/10{overall}

The drama that put me through emotional distress has finally come to an end ????.
{Who's crying with me?Come on y'all grab the tissue ????}

Such a sweet, fun and beautiful drama with lot's of laughter and a bit of sadness at times.
Having faith, patience, hope and courage are some of the few attributes that I can take away from this drama.

I'm very much satisfied with how this drama turned out, some say it was to boring for them and was only looking forward to the kissing scenes but I think otherwise. It was wonderful, the drama was full of laughter and excitement (which of course if I'm having a bad day I'll rewatch a few episodes that will help brighten my day) with meaningful messages each episode.

The actors executed their characters/roles exceptionally well, the kiss ???? scenes were... well it was... actually... guys you'll have to see to understand my "speechlessness".

Sixteen (16) episodes, beautifully executed, lovely soundtrack with the song "Cosmos" by Huh Gak being my #1 favorite.

My ratings of 9.5/10. Highly recommended Drama.

Left in a state of confusion

Poor production/directing .

The first 5 episodes were great but then i don't understand what happened next. There's too much story within a story without any conclusive consistency.

I still don't quite get what happened. It could be that my observational skills were lacking or the poor directing or both. Either way this drama was very much confusing, the last episode did not make much sense either.

However, i must commend the cast they did an excellent job in portraying their characters.
I would only recommend This drama for people who just want to pass time.

A forced, useless love triangle that dominated the true value of the title

So, another disappointing drama by Netflix. I was totally enjoying this from the beginning but as each episode passed i realised that the writer got confused and had no idea what was happening with the story. In my humble opinion i felt like the writer focused to much on the "love" story and 'love triangle" than the actual START UP of the companies. Too much unnecessary love lines that could have been omitted in order to make way for the failure and growth of the different companies.

what I've observed is that the writer did try to redeem the image and title of the drama but the episodes were to advanced to make a realistic bounce back hence those draggy romance scenes.

MY OBSERVATIONS

1. way too much emphasis placed on unnecessary photographic shots of the leads. Yes, i get and we know they are beautiful but i did not start this drama to be captivated by their beauty if i did i would go re watch Gangnam beauty, i came for the story and they barely sold it to me. Those +20s shots could have gone into the leads realisation of a needed character development.

2. There was no character development by the leads. As a title as eye catching and a story that's appealing to us young adults, I felt like character development was very much lacking from the leads. The title is START UP, the main genre is BUSINESS and it's targeted audience are youths & young adults who are very much interested in getting into that career or find it interesting overall. Instead they focused on some wimpy kindergarten love triangle that had no essence or substance.
To The FL & ML friends. One cannot simply succeed in BUSINESS with pettiness especially if that business is a startup with limited funding, FL was very petty. Signing a contract without FULLY understanding its content is rather foolish and does not depict the characteristics of a businessman/woman. the 2nd ML was the only one who had a nice solid growth; from rags to riches while remaining HUMBLE and passing down knowledge.

3. Pity, pity and more pity. That's the word that comes to mind when i think of the ML. When ever he faced a difficult situation all he does is hold his head and cry, wallow in pity like the world is ending for only him. His descriptive character states that he is a FOUNDER of a company and a math genius which clearly means that he is very well academically versed. Even though i observed he lacks social skills that should not make him also lack COMMON SENSE. For goodness sakes how can he keep making the same mistakes without reflecting and trying to make himself a better person and BUSINESS MAN. HE THINKS HE knows it all but don't know shit because someone always has to pick him up every time he makes his foolish decisions. He was not humble so he could not see his weakness, acknowledge and allow himself to grow as a man and businessman.

I really loved the storyline but the romance over shadowed it. I wanted more startup competitions, more appearance of other business ideas, the rise and fall of other businesses, character development. It's not really a bad drama but my expectation of it was too high so it is a disappointment for me. I would recommend to people who wish to see what a lack of commonsense and humbleness can do to you if you refuse advise from the wise heads who are well established in a career field you are now getting into. The ending was so-so, so i guess its fairly okay.

sidenote: i'm just getting into suzy bae but what ive observed is that she lacks facial expression. i could not truly gauge her expression without a smile or tears, facial expressions can sell a scene to it's audience. A little more work is needed there.

Every single week I've been looking forward for this drama. Episode 1 was spectacular! The writer truly captivated the audience attention into making it addictive for viewers as myself.
Leaving you on a cliff hanger so its obvious that you will be anxious to know what's happening next.

Each episode was thrilling, it got me all excited and what not, but it was episode 14 that really 'hit' me. Seeing how Jin-woo Interacted with Hee-joo, the level of intamcy had me shook, happy, sad and bothered at the same time because I had a feeling that things would have ended baldy and for some reason its like Jin-Woo Was saying goodbye.
PLUS, seeing Se-joo coming back to be reunited with the family I just knew the outcome of Jin-woo would be devastating. Knowing what he had to and went through to get See-Joo back, ugh I was sad.

Now fast forward to the last episode, episode 16. All the other previous episodes were great, wonderful continuations but the 16th episode got me like
WTF, LIKE WTF. I knew the outcome of Jin-Woo Would not have turned out to be the best, but THIS BULLSHIT the writers gave me was not and will not be accepted. I thought that the last episode for crying out loud would have been EPIC, BUT its not, its pure crap. This is not the ending I was looking for. Why did he have to "die" why leave Hee-Joo In so much misery? At least they should have let him say goodbye to Hee-joo And finnaly part ways witheach other if needs be. Now that could have at least been a "good" ending and partially acceptable but him just shooting Bullets at the NPCs to save game users life does not make sense.

Why did the writer have an open ending? Is there hope for a second season? Because I think that many things were left unanswered and I need closure. If not, they should have a synoptic episode to explain what really happened to Jin-woo Because I know he's not dead, NPCs cannot attack each other so I know definitely that he's not dead. Also, the fact that Hee-joo was running towards the church and putting on her lens, will she be able to actually meet Jin-woo, see and feel him? So much need to be answered. Nevertheless its a wonderful drama and I recommend it to everyone.

WHAT I LIKED
The plot, the cinematography was on point, and the graphics of course was all good. The actors delivered their roles beautifully especially Hyun-Bin. The emotions he portrayed had me thinking that it was actually real. I always say that if an actor makes me feel what he's feeling, the ability to picture myself in the same scene is a phenomenal actor and Hyun-Bin did just that.

WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE
The ending, I think that the writers should have done a better job. There needs to be closure. Since Jin-woo had the key to heaven and he deleted the bugs but what about Marco, wasn't he a bug as well knowing to the fact that the error started with him? What I want to know is if he's bug is deleted then who deleted it.
Seeing that the last episode had an open ending maybe there might be a second season or a synoptic episode. All for now I don't know and I need answers.

Memories of the Alhambra is a wonderful drama with spectacular acting by each cast, if you have not seen it or are planning to I Trish Mish highly recommend it.

The cheesiness can cause cardiac arrest

I only read a few episodes of the webtoon so i cant make a comparison between the webtoon and the drama.
However, the drama was so-so, the acting was good and the story was cute BUT the cliché was over the top and too many. A little here and there would have been okay but i found it was too unbearable to watch some scenes, it made me cringe. The episodes were predictable and i knew how this was going to end, i did not really enjoy the drama as a matter of fact i skipped a lot of scenes from various episodes.

If i had to compare this with My ID Gangnam beauty, Gangnam beauty takes the cake.

This drama was not to my liking, however, if you like cute girly romancy lovey dovey chessy drama, then this one is for you.

When Men fully embraced the noun ANIMAL.

I did not give this drama a somewhat low rating because it involves cheating, i knew fully well what i was getting into because i read the synopsis and the tagline.

I see a lot of the reviews gave low rating just based on the infidelity aspect which i find strange because it was stated in the synopsis and it was tagged as well. Nevertheless, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and write what they liked/disliked.

Although i did not based my rating out of the infidelity tag, that does not mean i agree with it. I am 100% against infidelity. I rated based on how it was written & directed and the delivery and flow sequence of each episode.

** SEASON 1 TELLS THE NARRATIVE OF THE WHY(S) MEN CHEAT.

The drama on a whole was slow, however, it did not start that way. To me, at the beginning it was somewhat fast paced which kept me on edge, But somewhere in the middle it started to get slow, so slow to the point it became exhausting and sickening and i felt that some scenes... well I should say a lot of the scenes were filled with unnecessary dialogues. The dialogues and scenes were so un fitting that i thought they just added it to make the episode an hour long which made some episodes felt like a filler.

I sorta grasps on what the writer was trying to portray/ convey in the eyes of the men but at some point it felt like the writer was trapped and the message could not not be conveyed properly. So it was like a never ending circle.
Aslo, at some point it felt like a 2nd season was an after thought. I say that because of the way it started and the progression just became so stagnant with so many dragged out scenes to make way for the 2nd season. Just imagine watching new episodes weekly but nothing is moving along in the plot line.

So basically the way i see it is that you could start the series from the 10th episode and not miss any important or significant detail and then go back and watch the first for formality. But then again it's just the way i see it, i won't advise to do that though because some people take longer to catch up on things.

I would not categories this as a "bad drama" but in my opinion i find it was missing something. I don't know if substance is the right word, anyway it was missing something. Patience is a virtue and if you don't have patience this drama is definitely not for you.

I know there are good men out there and not all of them cheat, but seeing it and why they do it from their prospective is quite shallow in my humble opinion.

It's a drama i don't see myself rewatching but don't regret i watched. However, if you dislike dramas with infidelity tag just exit now because the entire drama is based around that. To those who are planning or are venturing into this drama bear in mind that you will feel frustrated, disgusted, disappointed, anger/range and all the emotions that makes one want to choke somebody But since there is a 2nd season you will feel that hopefulness of a deserved penalty for the wrong doers.

Power lies with the rich as well as stupidity

They have power whether born with, gained or stolen BUT, what's the point of having power when they blatantly neglect what's important? Now that's just stupidity in plain sight, no metaphor.

There is so much that can be written for this season on the penthouse but i will try to keep this review short and to the point.
Betrayal, greed, infidelity, power, money , rich, poor, murder and the whole nine yards are to be expected in this makjang. If this fits up your ally then join in.
Very well written and directed. The cast gave their all and i'm satisfied with their portrayal of their characters especially Kim So yeon she sure draws you in. A definite recommend for the first season and looking forward to the second.

CHARACTERS

While Each and everyone of the characters have their shortcomings, some of them significantly outweighed the other very negatively than positively. firstly, lets take a look into the kids.
Theses kids are badass kids, the hera palace kids of course. Period!

1. Joo Seok Hoon/Joo Seok Kyung - TWINS
The leaders of their pack and instigators of trouble. While seok kyung was the one pushing her brother was no better. They were abused by their dad and did not receive love but that should not give a valid reason to bully and almost cause death to another pupil.

2. Yoo Je Ni/Lee Min Hyuk- best friends
A spoil brat and a no brainer following its owner. There was no reason why they are so mean to their peers. They don't lack love and are well cared for but their grow up being rich and only look out for themselves.

3. Eun Byul- unstable
I really pity her. A girl with great potential but does not have control over her life and tries to please everyone around her especially her mom. She works hard and tries her best but her best is not good enough for her mom, trying to exceed the expectation of her mom she gets easily frustrated now her self esteem is down and seeks a way out of it. Wile i do pity her for what she's going through the fact remains that she is no exception from the rest of the Hera palace kids.

4. Bae Rona- ungrateful
Being ungrateful is a sin for the poor especially when your single parent is trying their best. She was very much ungrateful at the beginning , she wanted to live the lavish life like the rest, her mom strike luck and she got the chance to live it up but was very ungrateful to her moms efforts. However, being a target to the hera palace kids she did not turn into a bully but rather redeem herself from the ungratefulness.

5. Min Seol Ah- unlucky
From a child to teen she was unlucky. From being poor, framed , deported, bullied and murdered. She did not have rest and was on her own trying to survive in a world of the rich. As of now her death is still a mystery. Her death was so sad , i felt so sorry for her.

Parents are called parents for a reason, money and power gained should not come before family, communication is key.
1. Shim Soo Ryun- to good for her own good
An elegant queen, who is surrounded by snakes. Although getting stabbed in the back she carryout her revenge with class and grace. To bad her husband does not see the value in her and really ruined her to death.

2. Cheon Seo Jin- classless
A woman who walks around thinking she has the world in the palm of her hands... well she does that's what's so upsetting. While she gets what she wants she is classless in the way she represents herself as a woman, wife and mother. She will do anything to get what she wants even if it involves killing. She does not know what L.O.V.E is so she seeks it a man shows her attention . Her child is dying mentally and physically but she thinks if she brush it off all will be well. No pity for this woman and awaiting her downfall in season 2.

3. Oh Yoon Hee- easily swayed
Trying to succeed and make her daughter's dream come true luck fell into her hands and she was able to move into hera palace. She got a little wealth and thinks she knows how things run in the palace , running around with ignorance she was easily manipulated by people who show gratitude and found herself in deep shit. Ungrateful backstabber can be added to her character as well.

4. Joo Dan Tae- Evil mastermind
This man is so evil it will make you sick. A heartless being that greeds for money and power. Abuses people and use his power to fight the weak. Blackmailing and manipulation is his specialty. 0% fatherly love for his kids.

5. Ha Yoon Chul- powerless
coming from a poor background he is powerless. A sissy to his wife and in need of growing some balls for once. He's all talk and no action at least he gives his daughter some attention. A Black sheep of hera palace that needs to stop talking and take action. He needs to free himself from mental inferiority.

6. Go Sang Ah/Lee Gyu Jin- puppet couple
A mama's boy and a woman who would go beyond to get on seo jin good side. puppets that will bring you humour now and then but still dangerous in their own ways.

7.Kang Ma Ri- white sheep
unlike yoon chul her secret's hidden so they cant use it against her. I got to give it to her she's a hard worker and worked her way up from the bottom but that doesn't change the fact that she is an accomplice to a crime. She's also money hungry( i mean who isn't) and and a slave to some extent.

overall this drama will have you swearing the shit out of your soul with anger frustration and little bit humour. As i stated earlier, it is very well directed somewhat face paced for the first season, an excellent casting , topnotch acting that engages you into characters.

RATING
9.5/10
.5 Deducted because i thought that the kids should have gotten a bit more screen time an a little in depth of their characters. Overall great drama totally recommended.

Don't waste your time. Please!

This drama waste a waste of my time and energy. The plotline really sucks, I felt like I was watching a production by an independent director and amateur writer. Don't know what the writer was envisioning writing this nonsense, However the actors tried their very best to deliver. Plot wise, this was not it for me and in my opinion can be marked as a overhyped, overrated drama.

If, However you want to support your favorite actors/ess you can as a dedicated fan/supporter. One more thing too add the synopsis talked about not being a fairy tail, ha! This drama was definitely a round about fairy tail.

Communication is the gateway to a successful relationship

So I've completed this and honestly I left in awe. Though each episode is not related to each other they all gave out similar conclusion, COMMUNICATION. Communication is key in any kind of relationship especially a romantic one.

I found myself most connected with #42 character, I'm almost half her age and I've never been married or experienced what she was going through but the way she portrayed her character: the delivery was exceptionally well done and I sorta felt the emotion of what the character was going through. The questions always linger; am I good enough? was it my fault? when one has been betrayed by a partner. To be honest people cheat because they want to cheat, yes there are contributing factors that can lead one astray but that's where the communication lies. Misunderstandings and trust issues arise, ANOTHER question that can follow is, which is worst a physical affair or an emotional affair? TO me they both hurt just as much so none is worst than the other. Marriage is hard work.

love scene #23, although closest to my age I could not really connect with her for some reason. She thought she had them by the balls but she played both herself and them. She was very much selfish. In my view she had the age but was not mentally prepared to be in a relationship that's why she had 3 different guys to fulfill her needs. in relationships you have to be selfless most of the time than selfish. I did not quite understand the conclusion of her visit but I don't think she should get into a relationship so soon.

If I were that man and my wife to be ran away on our wedding day I would have dug a pit and jump in because that would have been the most embarrassing moment of my life, love scene #29. Sexual compatibility & lack of communication are the biggest factors of relationships ending. Her issue could have been easily resolved if she simply communicated. The sex follows routine, its boring , not exciting/adventurous and she never experienced an orgasm with him YET refused to communicate. This is the man whom she will spend the rest of her life with no need to embarrassed about it and say hey babe I want you to do this, touch me like this, lets go have a quickie. ( The same applies to us women, don't be afraid to let your man know what you want during love making and whether you like it or not sometimes the overthinking that we might make them feel embarrassed is not even that deep and can really save relationships, so communicate) By her opening up to the issue was somewhat resolved and she had the most bomb sex in her life, there are minor factors that played in her behavior on the wedding day but lack of communication takes the cake. So take note and a lesson to us women, communicate and save your man the embarrassment.

#35 was another roller coaster and much more intimate and explicit. I wont say more or less just watch.
All in all, I say they covered their topics decently and the cast did a phenomenal job in the portrayal of their characters, two thumps up.

The past weeks has been really a rollercoaster with this drama, when you think thing's can't get any worse BAM! In your face.

NOW LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT SOME CHARACTERS.

Sun Woo's Friends:

They were fake af.There's no simpler way to put it. Now, probably they thought that they were doing Sun Woo good by keeping her in the dark but in reality they just added more gas to the fire. Friendship is built on Trust, honesty & loyalty the fact that they were lacking these 3 says alot. They had no reason to keep this secret from her. Imagine you laughing and eating with people thinking all is good and well and then later find out they took you for a fool all the while, that is very hurtful.
Ye Rim finally came to her senses because the same was happening to her. Her husband treated her poorly, cheated on her countless times but she wanted to paint a perfect picture of a married couple that nothings wrong because she had no solid evidence. Little did she know no marriage is perfect.
I felt for her because she was living in hell when she decided to start afresh with her husband but when that trust is broken you will always live in fear, always think your spouse is hiding something from you. In the end she made the right decision to go separate ways. A peace of mind is significantly better than losing your mind.
Myung Sook was power hungry, nothing more nothing less.
At the end they both admitted to their mistakes and rekindled their friendship which was good.

Joon Young

A normal teenage brat if you don't look beyond his behavior. All he wanted was a normal life like the rest. He was confused and suffering bad, suffering more than his parents. If you really look at it there were no parent he could actually go to and talk. His father only cared about his ego and his MOM was blinded by betrayal seeking revenge that she couldn't see her son was suffering. His outrage was a cry for attention. In Divorce, children will always be the most affected. I pity him, however I felt at ease when he returned to his MOM in the end.

Da Kyung

A pitiful young lady that was blinded by "love".
She's pitiful but worthless at the same time. Provokeful and subconsciously destroyed a family all in the name of love. T.O had a way with words & she being a rich brat and daddy's girl always getting what she wanted thought that he genuinely loved her. Come to think of it she was delusional as well because no one in their right mind would commit infidelity breaking up a family and expect to live a happy ever after like a Disney movie. Not in this real world, consequences have to be paid. I'm not sorry for her I just pity that she allowed a good dor nothing to manipulate her.

Lee Tae oh

A narcissistic, pathetic human being. Ugh he was so horrible in many ways. A liar, a manipulator, a cheater, a murderer, a thief and a gold digger. He used his wife to the brim. He wanted to have it all, he felt that he did no wrong all he cared for was money and power. Imo he impregnated Dk so that he could sneak his way into her family's money. He was not an attentive father he never really played with his daughter and he only attended his son event when it benefited. He got what he deserved in the end. NOTHING.
There's a famous saying in my country "you never miss the water till the well runs dry" that well was his wife.

Sun Woo
A very strong, diligent and classy woman. Yes she has done things that I did not agree with, one being sleeping with her friend husband for revenge. That was really low of her IMO, you can't fight fire with fire it will only create a greater flame that's difficult to put out. She's been through hell and back with with people in her community, being laughed at, humiliated, demoted and the list goes on. Everything She broke down eventually but the good thing about it is that she did not stay down, she got up and get things done that she thought was best for her family, her son. I want to believe She liked the doctor but she was not ready to be any relationship because as she said: "I'm sick if men."

Overview

It's an exceptional well planned and written drama. The cast portrayed the characters perfectly, there were no loopholes left everything intertwined perfectly. I was not familiar with the actress Kim Hee Ae but judging by this drama I hope she win an award. Her acting was A1 she really brought Sun Woo to live.
I really enjoyed it. I rated it a solid 9 and highly recommend it.
The ost "SAD" is my favourite and it also sums up the whole drama.

Memorable quote: life can't be sweet all the time you just somehow hang in there, that's all. Then you'll find some days to be sunny. That's how time will pass.
