Well, he better hope this NEVER airs abroad because, whilst this MIGHT be acceptable in Japan and East Asia as whole (though I'm honestly skeptical on that), it would be a HUGE Nope in the West. Given that Netflix buys lots of East Asian dramas, I really hope someone actually bothers to watch this before buying it for broadcast. He'd be banned here if it aired.

Well, it's good it's out now, I honestly didn't think they'd allow it. Which means it probably has a sad ending - one of the couple dies from an infected papercut and/or their parents all spontaneously combust from shame. It's the way it goes for Chinese BL. I really don't understand why China's dictatorship loathes the LGBT+ community so much. I'm really glad they've not clamped down on the web novels yet too.

I haven't read the novel. I've been looking for it, but it seems to be only in the original mandarin. If I ever find a version that's translated, I'll let you know. However, I have been told that yes they were a couple in the novel, but cannot confirm because I've not read it myself. Hope that helps.

We knew it was coming, but it was very quick at the end and so quite a shock. But he's with my mum now and he's no longer in pain, so I take comfort in that. My husband and daughter are brilliant, along with some cousins I'm close to. But thank you so much for your kind thoughts. I honestly don't think I've suffered like others during 2020. She's a suck up it would seem and knows how to play the 'sweet, clueless victim' well. I think, from what I've read about her affair, is she pretended she was 'led astray' by PG One. She has one daughter with her ex husband - Sadly there's no news on who the child resides mostly with. I hope it's him though. Yeah, I don't think he's dating yet - he REALLY loved her from all accounts, so he's pretty heartbroken. But yeah, I hope he finds someone better, I also hope he got custody. Yes, she is nasty - she's a cheater. She cheated on her husband with a younger guy (rapper PG ONE) and they're now divorced. It was a HUGE scandal in china when the story broke. Her husband is a really nice guy too, AND they a family. One thing people loathe is cheaters - gender is immaterial, if they cheat they're done. But she must still have friends in the industry to be getting lead roles like this. Shame for the rest of the cast no one will watch it tho. Hope this helps.
