I know the struggle, but this is a 100/10 after that mark, don't drop it yet before the actual story starts! Keep going! It gets better and better. The first few are slow but it picks up indefinitely. If you don't vibe with it after 6-7 episodes then that's when you can safely drop it and it might just not be your thing. But give it a chance.
Say it with me: Make 👏🏻 it 👏🏻 to 👏🏻 episode 👏🏻 4 👏🏻

I think you're being a bit unreasonable and unhinged about a simple drama and attacking my moral character because it makes you feel superior or something, so there's no point in explaining my point of view.
You're forgetting the flashbacks through Vincenzo, he isn't 100% a cold blooded killer, he's technically an Anti hero in many respects.
Not finished and I know it ends without ending per se, but I've just got to say that I appreciate an intelligent zombie thriller where the characters are smart about what's going on and don't make stupid decision after stupid decision. The writer did well with these characters and had the audience rooting for them all the way. I'm sad there's no more since it's quite literally a one in a million where it's self aware and practical! 👏🏻
Hm, after finishing it I don't think it needs a season 3 oddly enough. It should've ended about 25 minutes into the last episode and I would've been totally satisfied with that. Sometimes kdramas don't know when to stop the ending of their shows and drag on like this did. It's still good though! Enjoyed most of it other than the Queen.

Vincenzo is a morally gray character and it's a beloved show for it's uniqueness... That's what I meant by that, I think you missed my point. It's a great show because it goes outside of the mold of a perfect main character.
Anyway, Korea holds drug users as if they murdered 100 people, so I'm sure this will have some kind of message that what they're doing is bad.
And just because I'd enjoy seeing morally gray storytelling to make the audience think for themselves does not mean I'm a drug user or seller.... The personal attack is so unwarranted lol
Ah, I am not sure... This is like -ok let's make money on this, regardless of the fact that we will DESTROY people…
Well there's dramas like Vincenzo and it's widely loved. It only matters if it's entertaining in my opinion. The plot seems adult enough that the viewer already knows right from wrong and just wants to see an interesting plot where the characters are morally gray and not the typical "hero" to raise questions. Not everything needs or is going to have a correct moral to it.
Honestly though with how preachy 90% of Kdramas end up becoming (Looking at you Blind), it'll probably have somewhere in it a morally good character to preach at the audience anyway 🥲
8.1 isn't a terrible rating so I don't know why everyone's saying it's underrated. Most shows are blown out of proportion for ratings on here and I feel like this one is pretty well balanced.
In my opinion it fell extremely flat after a certain point. It was going really well and then the Woman became the focal point of the whole plot that was going on and it ruined the show for me. Her character was boring, made two faces the whole time and it turned into a milking a past trauma instead of a dark thriller with people getting their dues from causing harm in a sadistic way for fun. Her scenes were extremely painful and slogish to get through as well. She couldn't hold my attention.
Everyone else was doing much better than her unfortunately, and then the "twist" is that the whole reason I've been watching this is because she wants revenge... For something that happened years ago. It would've been better if everyone was getting Karma for this current situation and the mess it created in the past couple weeks. That way, they'd all be connected for the same reasons.
I was waiting for her to get it at the end but she never did, which seems highly unfair because speaking of what she did to other people, she's no different than them. It would've been more satisfying if she thought she got her revenge on them Scott free but then was handed her own share of Karma. I was honestly waiting for her to get hit by a car in that ending shot, when she didn't I felt I had wasted all my time watching this.
whattt I'm finding every other sept - oct dramas so good 😭
Ohhh I see, I'm glad some of those are good and are an option to choose from! Yeah I'm more into thrillers but if it's a mixed genre I can get behind anything haha
I went in with low expectations and actually really loved it. Went into some of the Military abuse issues without showing too much but just enough to get their point across. Lots of the stuff taking place is the main character journeying around looking for D.P's.
The last episode of Season 1 was extremely good and the acting performances are forever burned into my brain.
Season 2 is watchable and goes along with it but the main character is a little more absent in a few ways. Still well worth a watch though, only a bit behind season 1 for how good it was.
This show had a huge potential which it didn’t explore, leaving me frustrated after it ended. It feels like…
Probably because they didn't want to show too much onscreen abuse than they already did. I had the same thoughts at first but it makes sense, a lot is implied, some is shown but not too much. Might make it too heavy, especially for the people who went through Military abuse.
I'm not familiar with business terms or being an office worker, but this is a life changing drama no matter what. So if you're hesitant thinking it may be boring or not your thing, give it a go! Can't stop thinking about it.
I found this series really predictable. The twists and the ending especially. The way the characters were killed…
My exact thoughts. Not to mention they would introduce a characters whole backstory to simply kill them off 20 minutes into an episode while trying to make the death seem impactful, but we barely got to know any of these one offs so it wasn't a big deal if one got killed. No emotional attachment. I didn't really care who died besides a select few lol could just be me though.
You're not quite right. The manga has a sequel. They just refined this very sequel to make it a full season. Judging…
You're more than welcome to have your own opinion, so that's totally cool.
I already saw this coming because you've been fighting and debating every comment, which, more power to you haha you're entitled to your opinion just as much as I am. I hope you enjoy the new season!

It does have a sequel but the first two seasons in and of themselves were a closed story. We figure out what was happening, they wake up etc. it was solved perfectly at the end. So to me personally, it feels unnecessary. This is my opinion on it. Not bashing the actors or anything like you're making it sound like I'm doing lol enjoy your favorite show by all means 😁
Since Season 2 ends how the Manga does, not that people don't want more Alice in Borderland and to see more daring games, but this is totally unnecessary. Especially since the source material is already over. It's not like Squid Game where there's always room for more world building, storytelling and important messages to be told and wasn't based off of a set piece.
And they will more than likely kill off the main characters because why bring back the show at all? I'm betting he's dying. I just have a bad feeling the ending will more than likely be disappointing one way or another.
Also, I know having no Chisiya is logical, but he carried the show for me. He was smart, manipulative, didn't give two craps about anything attitude and was knocking out card games like they were a walk in the park.
So basically:
Everything ends up fine = rehash for no reason other than a cash grab.
Someone important dies = reason for the season existing but disappointing ending and ruins the rest of it.
I can't be the only one who feels this way can I? Lol

You won't be able to stop after that.
Nothing could ever beat this show for how much fun and pure entertainment it is.

Stupid stupid ending lol
This one seems like it could be okay if it's done properly. Hopefully it's decent, i have low expectations but I'll give it a go I suppose lol
