I have to say i dont understand all the exitement for this drama. I just finished it because i like LGH but it was extremely boring and incredible slow. And sooo disappoining to see the fl that at the beginning seems to be strong and a little more smart than most fl,then, when the ml become the emperor she become an heartless, cruel, piece of ice with him. You could see her eyes shine when she looked at him before but now nothing, nothing at all, he is desperatly in love and she suddently doesnt care about him at all!!! Her exuse to not be with him is weak, but to make him suffer more she still remain there with him, torturing him.
Then when she finally choice to be with him she became even more cruel because if he cant be all hers, she wont be all his. They dont want to make it look like she blame him because he care for the country, otherwise this will make her a bad and selfish woman and a terrible wife, but that is exatly what she is doing!
He is the emperor and he doesnt have a choice but to behave like that to be a good one, but SHE CHOICE to never tell him she love him, she deliberatly make him suffer and torture him! So if she doesnt blame him for be a good emperor why the hell does she act like that?? So childish, so petty, so cruel. So she will never tell him that she love him , and she never even showed it to him (because to not run away is not a proof of love!!!!!!!! ).
And to think that she was surprisilingly so undestanding in many situations but here she doesnt undestand that this "little thing" that she is doing to him is horrible!Wrost than torture! To fall badly in love with someone that instead have never sayd or show to love you. It is awfull!!
And when she is dying she tell him to not meet her in the next life???? How can she be so cruel to him even in the end? She denie an ounce of happiness and security about his love to him till the end!! And after he lost a child!!! She is just horrible!!!The wrost fl i have ever seen(and there are so many)!! And people keep sying she loved him? But how? How? This is no love!
Even in the dream/paradise in the end, the ml now choice her over his duty as emperor, but she still do not tell him to love him!!! That is pure sadism. This was so disappointing.

You can clarly see that he is all over her, as opposed to the fl that doesnt show any love to him, (just to not run away is not a sign of love).
And from what she say while dying to him you can clarly see that she didnt love him. No normal person can be this cruel , even less a lover but she did, and is incredibly awfull!!!

But in my opinion someone that decided to not get revenge after everything they did (and some still do) to him but instead decided to live his own life in peace, to even forgive or forget, alredy require an unbelievable strong and selfness monk-like mind.
In the ending his sacrifice is accentuated because he save one person after another in a little time, but he has always helped people even when his health was dangerously near 0.
Still hate it and still piss me off because he could have acted smartly sometime but sadly this goodness is still in line with his righteous and selfness character. πππ

Forget that, the trend is to separate the last minutes of the ending, dont know why it started but also serious drama do that. I think of NOF and to those few minutes i had to look everywhere to find for closure.π

It is not a trap, it is a trend and a strategy. OP make more people talk about it and it means more popularity. Personally i hate the separate endings of few minutes too because if i dont know that it exist sometime i risk to miss them. But mostly of the time it satisfies me so at least is worth it. But here....they put a lesser OP on an OP π€£π€£π€£ Not a closure but still think it is a lot better like this than without it. Even if i think that at this point they could do like the marvel do, just put the few minutes at the end of the song!π€£π€£

But he is still a close friend, care for him and cant belive he is dead, so he look for LLH and find him living in a hut on a beach. LLH has memory issue, he cant remember his past anymore and also have problem with his present memory , he is almost blind and cant use one of his arm. But even in that condition, he fish and enjoy the fresh air of the sea ,the sun and the company of his friend that visit him and take care of him.
I want just fact, so i can stop to have hope if there is none. But let me say that a law that stop the production and the air of bromance drama if the source is bl...if real, it's really ridicoulous! I mean, there are so many famous (explicit and non)Bl novel in china, so there must be an official way to read them, why only drama even if censored are this big of a problem? Just air them at night like some explicit serie and make everyone happy.... I know that peoples (or nation) need to get used to some things at theyr own speed but here instead of evolving are devolving.
Moran was looking for the soul of his Shizun after he died, and he find him in the kitchen, cooking. There Moran find out where those wonton he love so much come from, and how much his Shizun care for him to came back as a soul, mindless and blind and still worrying for him!! It is so sad!!!
It was at the concert, the actors where saying some farewell sentencences to the drama.
P.S. if those shadows in your pic come from Immortality and that is the moment that i think it is with a ghost ...it is really my favorite moment in the novel!!!
