It is indeed true that a historic drama makes much more impact than a modern drama. If there was no censorship on reincarnation, then this drama would have turned even more good. It might not really have disappointed everyone but the ones who have read the novel prior like me were let down a bit.

Yang shao was someone who has his own principles no matter under whom he worked. He did want to raise up to a high position and thus constantly changed his stand on circumstances. Nevertheless, he always repaid the debt he owes people with all his heart. This is a quality that is very heard to be retained when you have power and a dubious character and this is the reason I quite like him.
Came back to this page after a long time after completing forever and ever. I started rewatching one and only and it hits differently after watching forever and ever. The ratings 8.7- It was 8.5 or smthg last time. This drama deserves it.
Just came back after watching the trailers from ep 23 to 28. It was a BOP. And the scene in which they were in the bathtub together, I was shouting like crazy. Moreover you can see that ZSC changed comparatively. He is now more comfortable with shiyi.

I was someone who completed watching one and only and was eagerly waiting for forever and ever. When it was announced that oath of love was going to premiere, I was excited but then I was a bit worried for forever and ever since I was very connected with both the story and characters. Now that oath of love has cancelled it's airing schedule, I am disappointed. I am very worried about the drama cause a lot of popular stars with real potential are getting banned in china for very small and ignorant reasons. Hope this drama can avoid getting shelved or getting caught in any sort of controversies and air safely.
