To answer your question, I don't have a problem with a celebrity falling in love with whoever. As the show stated in the end, even Grim Reapers are people. Celebrities are people too. :)
Besides, she isn't a stalker at all, she was a Grim Reaper and she was tricked into going back to life. Everything was planned without her knowledge, whoever was in the "VIP", they knew how she will act and how her actions will place the celebrity into a position of dying.
So, if there is something I have a problem with, it is to whoever are in the "VIP". They are dictating what people can and can not do. No one should. Grim Reapers are people too. How much more Celebrities?
I'm starting to think Seo Ki Tae is the one behind the time travel celphone. He keeps on restoring JC Telecom and its 5G Network.
Could it be Seo Ki Tae was receiving orders from himself in the future? His future-self told him exactly what to do to achieve the future they need? For example, his future-self probably knew they need to give 4 time-travel celphones to his right-hand woman, his daughter, Lee Jin Woo, and supposedly Vice-President, because they need the changes these four people will do to achieve the future they need.
All throughout the series, they haven't shown us anything beyond the present. I'm thinking that the time period beyond the capability of the time-travel celphones is fixed.
For example: The 2019 calls from the future Vice-President stopped after Lee Jin Woo connected to the 2020 Seo Jung In. The 2019 time-travel celphone of the Vice-President and Kim Young Joo both died in 2019. Only the phones of Lee Jin Woo and Seo Ki Tae remained active in 2020, and we know that their phones also eventually died in 2020.
If so… then anything after 2020 is probably fix. If there is another set of time-travel celphones in 2021, their future is based on the results of the changes of the 4 other time-travel celphones. Just as the reality of Seo Ki Tae and Lee Jin Woo changing the past from 2020 was based from the changes made from 2019 calls between the Vice-President and Kim Young Joo.
That makes it possible that there is another set of time-travel celphones, probably Seo Ki Tae have one too and whoever contacted him from the future was from 2021.
Practically a movie, 2 hours and 20 minutes running time. I would say that by approaching the story from an episodic method, they were able to tell the story in a simple and yet very touching way. If they turned this into a movie, it wouldn't have the same impact as the expectations and requirements for one is far different.
I can't believe I only discovered this today. I will never forget this story for the rest of my life.
The "snow hiking scene" where his older brother was on the brink of death was first shown in episode 1. That scene and the last scene in episode 20 are one and the same. The only difference, they only revealed whose shadow it was who found him in the last episode.
That is the "final timeline".
The "first timeline" was when his brother was found dead in a river bank holding the incense. He either did not have a chance to hike or he successfully went down from the mountain, then died in the river bank for unknown reasons.
In the "final timeline", Sun Woo eventually still found the 9 incense sticks but he doesn't have any reason to use it. Hence, in a not-so-distant future, he used the stick to save his brother from dying up in the mountains.
There is no time loop. If ever there was a time loop, it was broken when Sun Woo left the two incense sticks in the past. That was the point when the "past" suddenly became the "present". Remember how the past started to have its own "mind" and then the 2013-present just receives it as a memory? The two 1993-past became an active 1993-present. Because he left the two sticks in 1993, the two years got partially disconnected. Suddenly there are two "present time". This is actually a theory about time travel to solve the grandfather paradox.

I said it before, Ba Reum was faking that he can't take seeing dead animals. I also said that he's probably the serial animal killer. He's in the police force not because he wants to but because he needs to be closer to the investigations.
However, there is another possiblity.
Ba Reum probably turned into a psychopath after his grueling encounter. Remember he was hit by a hammer in the head, this could very well have had damaged him and triggered his psychopath side. One thing that was weird about him was that he isn't exactly showing any "genius" ability, a very typical result of having raised in a family and/or environment where it was not honed/trained.
After his grueling encounter, getting hit in the head, it's possible his psychopath/genius "brain" finally woke up and he won't be able to control it.
However … another possiblity is both of it are correct.
He probably is the serial animal killer and was indeed faking it, but that's how far he did things. After his grueling encounter, he's probably no longer have control over himself and will start "upgrading" his methods and targets.
Don't forget, in episode 1, they established that the psychopath gene and the genius gene can not be distinguished, that was the reason why their attempt to pass a new law failed. At least as far as this show is concerned, the two is inseparable. All it takes is a trigger for a genius to become a psychopath.

The question then is, why is she seeing the precursor to her 3rd trip (as shown in episode 10)? I think the clue is when it explained that "she's traveling in different timelines". She's seeing the future based on what was so far changed. That future will only happen if Tae Sul fails to bring her back.
This means that, we are still following her second trip.
BUT, there is a simpler explanation.

Obviously, you can't just "upload". You need to register, you need to go through some session and training. All "uploaders" have a mission (or instructions if will). Eventually, her father caught up with her, and stayed with her until the day of her "upload" which we saw in Episode 1.
If that is the case, then she is not seeing a possible third trip, rather, she is remembering the events before she made her second trip (with the diary). We still do not know anything about the first trip other than the first trip was the source of the diary and the memories.
What I don't understand, and I hope they clarify this, is if those sent back to the past were only copies, then the originals are still in the future. What's stopping them from sending another copy?

This is similar to what is usually asked in Star Trek and other related science fiction. This is also similar to the magic show entitled "The Prestige".
In Star Trek and other science fiction shows, the idea is always "the original is disassembled and [supposedly] reassembled in the target destination". When you re-appear, are you still the "original" or are you a "copy"?
In "The Prestige", the original survives, so the main character devised a way to ensure that the original dies so only the copy survives.
It appears that Sisyphus is playing on that concept. Whenever they "upload", the original is disassembled or disappear or dies. Then when they "download", it is no longer the original but a "copy" only. Which would explain why they can not get close with their past selves because the copy will disappear. It would also explain why they treat the "copy" as if it is the last version of the person.
