I don't want to dash your hopes, but do you know who Taiwan belongs to? Unfortunately, the political situation is not as great as it used to be. Besides, there are a trillion other reasons why a drama gets canceled 😕

I've seen too many abandoned and/or lost BLs in the past, mostly because of censorship. I have no hope anymore. But maybe Lady Luck can help, I'm crossing my fingers 🍀

Exactly! I didn't even consider that there might be other people in the room and I was so disappointed!!! Especially because I thought the chance to see them sleeping in one bed was over, but luckily they found another way to bless us with this scene 😋🥰
Honestly, it should be illegal to end a drama like that 😤🤯🤬😤 This pisses me off. This drama could be perfect if it wasn't for the “let's not give them closure” thing! Putting my hatred aside, my biggest praise goes to the casting team (who found the most amazing and perfect cast for the roles) and the lead actors, they just pulled it off in a way no one else could have. I love them to death 😭❤️
And now I have to go in search of the novel to tame my inner wounded child who can't handle these kinds of endings 🥲

I feared the worst (that he was traveling to the US or something, so it actually calmed me down a bit 😅 ) At least they're both in the same country (and both are still alive and not terminally ill 😵 I've seen too much stuff in BLs over the years lol)
Nonetheless, it will definitely bother me if that's the ending because obviously it's like a big cliffhanger. Being used to Chinese BLs that never get sequels, I'm pretty unsure if there will ever be a second season (given what's going on politically in Taiwan, I wouldn't count on it, sad as it may be 🙁 ), so I'm also very glad to know that the option to read the novel is still open if needed.
