I'm hoping that's not it. It's a big cliché in movies, so it would annoy me... It doesn't help that there are too many villains/killers/criminals with DID (by it's old name, multiple personalities disorder) in media already, and real people with DID end up getting treated badly because of that cliché ;_;
(I wouldn't mind it if he had DID and wasn't the killer, though. it would be a breath of fresh air :D)

A new intern starts working at the company and Uchida says Ai should mentor him. The intern, Kujo, is pretty cute and immediately gets interested in Ai (our boy is trying to fix a sink or something when he gets all wet and has to borrow a shirt from Uchida. Kujo walks in on him shirtless @_@) Ai doesn't seem interested in him in a romantic way, but he does feel like even the intern is better than him at his job, and, again, starts putting more effort into what he's doing. Kuro asks Uchida about Ai and Uchida says 'he might be taken,' too which Kujo replies 'or he might be single', refusing to take the hint.
Ai and Hideaki have a few cute moments at Hiroaki's house, and he mentions how Kujo-the-intern reminds him of Hideaki, how similarly they act (I don't see it, but wtv). The older guy reveals Kujo is actually his nephew, the son of his older sister. :X Later the couple go for a walk, and act all flirty and cutesy on the streets. Ai tries to tell Hideaki that he 'daisuki's him, but is distracted by kids and ends up asking Hideaki if he doesn't want to have kids to succeed him at the company. Hideaki doesn't seem to care about that all.
Kuro, who was jogging, sees them walking hand in hand and is flabbergasted they're together. I wish he would take the L, but he continues trying to flirt with naive Ai at work. Ai still doesn't notice, even when Kujo feeds him. Uchida is actually nervous about it and gets a stomachache.
I think that's all. I divided it into multiple comments because it was a lot and I think it might be easier to read like this.

Ai has recently come to realize that he actually, really likes Hideaki; it's not just a physical thing. He's been feeling useless and unreliable, and he wants to be someone Hideaki can count on. He decides to become better at, well, everything, to be able to support him. It's pretty cute IMO, because he becomes less passive and starts taking the lead. One time, while they were taking a walk, he noticed Hideaki was kinda gloomy and immediately kissed him (in the middle of the street, very uncommon) and told him to lean on him if he needed to.
In episode 6, after Hideaki makes a comment about how he's almost 40/divorced and Ai is young/has his whole life ahead of him, Ai gets a bit worried (like everytime Hideaki brings the up the age gap - I think he believes he isn't good enough and experienced enough for Hideaki). Instead of pouting, as usual, he actually takes the initiative in bed - actually on the sofa. Hideaki is stunned and loves it.

Ai-chan got a job at a certain company. He doesn't feel like he's very good at it, but he's doing his best, and a guy who has been there for a while helps him when he needs it. This guy is Uchida - he's the one who always went to the coffee shop with Hideaki, and the one who saw Hideaki take drunken Ai back home for his safety, so he knows they're together. Have I mentioned Hideaki is the CEO of the company? Ai is shocked when he finds out, but he got the job because of his own merits. They sometimes meet during work hours and are a tiny bit naughty, but Ai doesn't feel too comfortable with that.
