Jin Kyung is a great actress imo. Out of curiosity does anyone know a show she is in where she isn't a complete bitch? I swear that's the only role I've ever seen her have
Nana did good, but that punk rock stuff seemed out of place imho. I don't know what the writers or the directors…
Honestly, a lot of this show is out of place including the punk look. Her appearance there made 0 sense at all. The writing imo is going all over the place and yet no where at the same time. At this point, I'm just watching to finish it and turn my brain off for a couple hours a week. I just meant I didn't ever picture her in an outfit like that but she pulled it off well.
I do not care about the old virgin fairy guy love story. why are we spending screen time on him!? waste of time
He is by far my least liked character. Other than ML, all the fairies seem self-absorbed but he is on another level. I don't think his story line adds to the overall story at all, I don't even find humor in his scenes.... just pity.. edit watching ep 10 made me despise him even more. self-absorbed isn't even half of his issues
Is it just me or is the writing kinda bad???I mean... it seems like the writers can't decide in which direction…
I've only just finished ep 6 and to me the first 2 or 3 episodes were great and at this point they are hovering between ok and good. Honestly, I still like it and am probably going to keep watching it but it is never my first choice when I turn on the tv. Reading what you and others wrote, it appears to keep going downhill and making me wonder if it is worth attempting another 6 hours of this show or dropping it at this point
For someone from the past she certainly lacks grittiness, basic politics and awareness of people's hidden agenda.…
Yeah that's what I was meaning in my post lol. Yeon Woo was always sheltered because of her lineage which hindered her in both eras and Sa Wol being a commoner and having a completely different upbringing gave her street smarts that helps her in both eras
For someone from the past she certainly lacks grittiness, basic politics and awareness of people's hidden agenda.…
exactly this. I think the show shows it well too. Sa Wol and Yeon Woo came from the same time and the commoner of ancient times, while still wanting to go home, has made the best of it and integrated where as the noble lady is showing just how sheltered she was. Noble daughters in most of the worlds history were more like loved bargaining chips. Used for alliances and business deals and so they had to be sheltered and kept safe to be able to be used by both her family and her grooms family
I'm only through 4 now but the brother is just creepy. Not even his personality (even though it is) but I think its just the actor? idk... His expressions and smile are just super off-putting to me
I think you think to less. I'm betting on him being the villain. All the obvious hinting to the son and the father…
I don't think the son is the big bad, but he definitely isn't a good kid. Remember he straight up murdered his psychiatrist and was smiling afterwards. He is most definitely a psychopath/sociopath, even his conversations with his mom show that.
That’s what the old “destiny” god is trying to do, but I’m sure both leads will fight to determine their…
Is he though? I thought he was the one that manipulates the red strings and she has none. If he was trying to set those 2 up, wouldn't she have a string attached to the detective? It seems to me more like he is trying to keep her alone
I don't like how his ''friends'' treat him...They can have fun in their world but not ML.pfff
Yeah they literally have carefree lives and expect him to deal with everything. The only one with any inconvenience is the one that turns into a dog randomly. That shit would be annoying since there seems to be no rhyme or reason for the change. At least in GDTBAD there was a known time frame she could work with. Also, the "ugly" brother is by far my least liked character. He is so whiny and narcissistic.
they exaggerated it but, the problem is the inconsistency. he tried every food before her but he left them alone…
Another thought on this. In 1993 people that were given the red book died on heavy snowfall days. So wouldn't the day he told her to stay inside and freaked out because she went out technically the safest day for her to go out? Killer should already have plans... And they kinda hinted that with the girl in the red coat at the same convenience store BR was at

especially since another witness "hanged herself" in the same apartment complex as BR. So obviously, the killer can circumvent whatever security is there and since SH is intimately involved in this case he should know that
They didn't make any kind of a deal about that in the show. Surprised me TBH. Like, the whole premise is the 1000th time you climb the mountain a man will be there for you. ML was and immediately after shes like 1 more time till 1000! So weird that they didn't even have ML or FL comment on that
This show started great to me but the writing is all over the place now and no where near the potential the first week showed it could have. This is more of a turn brain off and watch type of show at this point. If it keeps going downhill in the next few weeks I see myself dropping it
I just meant I didn't ever picture her in an outfit like that but she pulled it off well.
