I saw them, and I agree with you about Ang spamming. However, this is an open forum and anyone can post whatever they want as long as it follows ToS. The only way to remove the spam is to block the spammers. It doesn't make the forum an echo chamber, it just removes the bloat so you can read both positive and negative comments.

What I am saying is spamming to counteract a spammer is never productive. If anything, it's reductive

I don't have a dog in this fight, but can't you both see you are doing exactly what you're blaming the other of doing? Senpai has valid criticisms of the show, and that's fine, Ang has valid reasons for liking the show, and that's fine. What ever happened to just agreeing to disagree and dropping it? Spamming from either side is just frankly annoying, and at this point, you're just feeding each other to continue which ruins everyones experience of this section

Interesting take when a lot of the top actors in China praised her acting ability, not to mention the fact that she's friends with and considered at the same level as Bai Lu , Zhao Lu Si, Dylan Wang etc

Yep. I can't remember which KDrama it was, but one of the ones that's airing went from almost a 9 to mid 7s in an hour lol. Haters have way too much free time on their hands

I've only just finished ep 1, but it's really cute so far

The jean dress abomination that her friend was wearing at the anime convention might be the ugliest outfit I've ever seen that wasn't intentionally ugly for the story or laughs

Especially airing dramas. I've found MDL ratings are closeish to where I would rate a show usually, until the last couple months. Now it seems every drama that starts immediately gets review bombed and it's so annoying

Anyone know when this is coming to Netflix or Viki? They both say coming soon (US)

It's night and day honestly. I'm watching for the story atp, there's very little chemistry between MKY and CHW imo. The 2nd leads actually feel like they are a couple in their scenes

His grandmother is the worst chair(wo)man character I have seen in a drama, outside of makjangs where that's the entire plot. Like 20ish whole ass years of blaming him and not even allowing him to have a photo of his parents? She may be a very shrewd businesswoman, but I can't believe someone that unlikeable would have been able to grow a business that huge. It showed a bunch of other chaebol families that she treats the same as ML.

Since it's a romcom, I'm sure she is going to have some bullshit redemption arc in ep 11 or 12 that's supposed to make her look like a good person, which I normally hate but can stand, but she doesn't deserve to be looked at positively at any point. I'm sure it's probably going to be like Clean With Passion For Now (who was previously the worst chairman imo) and everyone forgives her at the end

I loved Ga Eun in KTL, she was my favorite sibling. I was excited to see her in this too, and I like her character, but I've only ever seen her as the more mature and put together friend, so her wildness in this show is cracking me up

I feel like they really need to throw Yu Jeong a bone at this point. Not saying the should out them as family, but make it known that he's a neighbor, cousin, family friend, anything really. His mission is affecting her life way more than they thought it could, and to her it seems her entire family not only doesn't care, but are the ones actively doing it.

Also, this feels like it's the most forced past connection I've seen in a while. Their story could easily have just started with her crushing on him after he saved her and her mom. There is no need for it at all in this show, and I'm honestly just kind of sick of almost every love story needing to have a connection to the past.

Yeah, it's funny that she is younger than some of the actors playing actual students. She's actually a great actress too. I've seen her in 3 shows recently, and I think she is one of the standout support characters in all of them.

At the part where they are preparing the Hoobae go take Hae Seongs place, and I know the running joke is the youngest guy on the team looks the oldest, but seriously? Mi Jeong could pass the easiest as a student out of all 4 agents and is a better agent than the hoobae as well.

Hae Seong was the smart choice at the start, since he could pass as well and is by far the better agent, but between the 3 other agents they definitely should have picked her, not him lol.

Not even encoraging imo. That whole part her mom was saying both directly ordering her to treat the sister as a slave and reminding her that she is the moms slave. The mom is absolutely horrible, YeNa was groomed to be horrible and the sister does need to start fighting back

"It's really not normal for your part time coworkers to visit" is quite funny coming from your HS teacher lol. I'd say it's more normal for his coworkers to show up at his place than it is for you to.

This show is hilarious and fun. Definitely my favorite out of the shows I'm currently watching.
