4Billion SKW (South Korean Won) is roughly 3Million Dollars or 2.3Million British Pounds. After some googling…
First of all thank you for the detailed response.
May I ask where you were able to find prices for apartment compexes because all I found were single apartments, which might be why I am not copmpletly sold on the 1.1 BIllion SKW for a apartment complex yet.
I am not that familiar with real estate however I am aware that even single apartments in cities cost quite a lot (at least multiple hundred million SKW) depending on the city and district and size.
In my head the math is somewhat off haha. I mean this building has 6 units I believe. And in my head you would basically pay for each apartment plus some for the building and land and such.
Hmmm...the backstory is nice and campy and all....but it doesn't make sense how he has even enough money to buy the apartment building and still has more money to live well off. Especially if he covered the other people's losses with the supposedly 4 billion won that he got in Thailand.
Don't get me wrong 4 Billion Won is a lot but my common sense tells me the building costs more

a close second is the two very different accounts of how they separated. Normally you have the opposing versions of events and the actual truth is somewhere in the middle. But what they have shown so far leaves little to no room in the middle especially considering how they go about and tell others what happened
my biggest problem (I am almost halfway through) so far is that her character completely changed from her college days, which makes it kinda hard to watch her act a fool and not speaking up. Of course people change over the years and there were external circumstances that very much affected her. But I feel like that shift is way too harsh to be reasonable.
ML's "father" uses the fact that FL's adoptive father is in the hospital only as an excuse to not declare his paternity. I don't see him worrying for any of his children.

Here I thought she couldn't get any worse...at least she is consistent...after stealing all his savings and other valuebles, the first thing she does after he's in a coma is stealing his house. Damn. I mean this in the worst way possible: even a concentration camp would be too kind for her
Back to finish what I started (I was already too far in) I believe the screenwriter had only one note for the aunt..."SHAMELESS" There is nothing to even remotely consider a positive trait so far (as of Ep. 40)
Also it makes no sense that she would be a trigger for those suppressed memories, because he would have been triggered…
Also...I personally HATE the martyr trope.
"I have to push you away because this is best for you even though you and I will be miserable and of course you don't know why I do this because this will hurt you as well but I have already decided to sacrifice us" Something like that just infuriates me beyond words

Also it makes no sense that she would be a trigger for those suppressed memories, because he would have been triggered already. Also it is naive of her to assume that he would just cause an accident. Of course we know already there was tempering but every accident has a reason/source. Her not questioning anything makes her seem like a gullible fool
one plot point is really stupid. It seems like the screenwriter forgot that FL is a Psychologist. She should know that Trauma needs to be treated and not suppressed.
I think it's really annoying that the SFL keeps on saying "everything I worked so hard for" when in reality she just got married to an old influential dude.

Of course maybe I could be totally off.

however, this is one of the rare occasions in which it is explained why this decision was made. 👍
