Definitely hitting at something more, I'm sure things aren't so simple!

Seems like it has to do with their masters death, we see more of it in ep 4. Seems like he thinks ML is a monster, as he believes he killed their master. But I'm sure there many twists coming about what actually happened.

Honestly this drama is very captivating. Ep 4 is so good. Theres a scene where ML goes from mourning and admiring the deceased, to reminiscing about the past in a wistful manner, to a joking/sarcastic tone then finally an intimidating, creepy vibe, in one scene. It's insanly captivating. The Screen writing, the ability of LXY to transition into different demeanors so easily, with the music also adding to the atmosphere, all really good.

Also only ep 4 and the little plot twists and ML outsmarting and deducing the truth, as we are slowly revealed to the truth as well, is very engaging.

Strong start, hope it keeps it up. I rarely, rarely purchase subs other than the big 3, but my finger beginning to itch to buy the Huace yt membership for the extra ep.

Iqiyi with the worst promotion but best and most consistent air schedule and Youku with the best promotion but the worst air schedules, why can't we just combine both 😂

But first ep pretty good, CY as always delivers with his martial arts and wire work, so so good, love the CGI and choreography. Not gonna lie though the animated spiders threw me off a little bit. But the action so far and martial arts by CY are top notch.

She was recruited by Princess in ep 28 I think it was (might have been 27), as a forger, she forges/creates weapons for the Jixing abyss team, so she is part of the team, so I think she is allowed to go because of that.

Here's the newly released trailer for people that want to watch it. Looks very good I won't lie, even better than I expected. Some people were worried about the comedic tone, none of that here, Looks very action packed, with a dark/serious vibe. No sub titles yet though unfortunately.

Honestly surprised at the amount of fight scenes, seems like theres a decent sized fight in every episode so far, it's good, I love it. Hopefully they keep it up, the fights and CGI have been great. Budget must be huge.

Also, that Buxie blademaster remind anyone of Zoro from one piece with his three sword style 😂

100% iqyi site so much better! But if you already bought express for this show so you're already getting the one episode ahead, you shouldn't have to pay extra, express should all be available for you today at the same time the episodes normally release

No express releases today the 21st, so with express we have 28-32 today, otherwise one episode a day until it ends.

Have to say the fighting and CGI is top notch. Exactly what I was looking forward to and expecting from such a drama. A lot of fights and action in the first 5 eps, which I love. The choreography and the CGI is great. The budget must have been massive though for all the fight scenes and CGI, I hope we continue with this much action throughout.

Also really enjoying Su Changhe more then I thought I would, really enjoy his character.

This is set before Blood of youth, so some characters like the ML and Su Chang He and others are in blood of youth also but are older there. So this is like a prequel story set years before Blood of youth.
