Title Unlucky Bae
Loved the second episode so much!!!

The scene with the "basic" question was so hilarious.

What is Krit's problem? He was the one who broke up with Rin, so why would he mind him getting close to someone else?

I like the Nakhin and Ongsa couple and this is about the only thing left for me to enjoy. Please don't ruin them, they feel like the only ones who have genuine affection for each other that was not forced.

Boat and Oat were really lucky that My Stubborn was their first project and not this one.

You think unlucky bae is getting better promotion? It's way worse!
Maybe it's my own subjective impression, but I've seen more promotion for Unlucky Bae, even though only one episode is out. Whether not posting it on YouTube is a good decision, remains to be seen.

I really hope more people will give this series a chance, because it's actually good for what it it (enemies to lovers who would've never been enemies if it hadn't been for their families) and despite GMMTV obviously not caring about it that much, i.e. see:

1. Little to no promotion, no special episode. I can see the obvious difference in promotion for Unlucky Bae and Weirdo 101.
2. Low budget and it shows. The bruises on their faces in episode 3 looked like smugged lipstick (and very probably that is what it was), Bay was standing in the rain for like two minutes talking and remained dry, etc.

The actors are doing their best with what they are given. The main couple actually works, and since episode 3, I've joined everyone else on the bandwagon of the second couple, because it seems that they will work, too.

Clearly the fathers are the problem here, Bay and Sun would've sorted all of it out without them long ago.

The boys make up for it, though. They are very, very cute and very much into each other.

This is truly one of the best BL series this year, and I admire the writers because they've managed to make me understand both characters and sympathize with both of them, for different reasons.

The change in the system was fundamental for Phob not only because he wanted equal rights for everyone, but because as it was, he saw no chance to have the others accept his love for Tinn and see him as an equal and deserving partner for him. He was hoping for a better world exactly because he hoped that in such a world his love and worth wouldn't be belittled anymore, so it's ironic that his actions to achieve that dream was exactly what caused him to lose Tinn.

Tinn, on the other hand, was ready to give up his position for Phob, and has to deal with finding out that he's been lied to and deceived by the exact person he wanted to sacrifice everything for. This is a bitter pill to swallow and I understand why at the moment, he feels like he can't trust Phob anymore. His family and upbringing also need to be taken into account. Yes, he's kind and hard-working and doesn't behave like his brother, but he still has no clue how much Phob has been suffering from being told, again and again, that he's not good enough for Tinn solely because of their backgrounds. This is not his fault; he can't understand, because he's never been treated that way. I think Tinn needs some time to realise and understand that Phob did what he did not only for the country, but for them, too, and that it was the right thing to do in the long term.

I thought so too at first, but after this episode, I'm pretty sure he was talking about Leeith. We'll find out soon enough.

I think that together with episodes 1 and 2, episode 7 was my favourite one! Pure adrenaline, yarning and tension, from the beginning to the end! However, I wanted the kiss at the end, come on!

I have to rewatch just because I want to count how many times Rin ended up in Khobfa's arms in the very first episode. It kept happening and happening and happening, again and again. ;-)

No matter how much frustrated you are with the guy, you do not break up with him on his birthday. And why wasn't anyone calling them on their (well, fake, but no one knows it) cheating?

Teens tend to be childish with their parents and I can totally understand Bay's relationship with his dad. I also…
I meant that Bay and his father are childish in general, not just when they are with each other. ;)

Why are Bay and his father so childish? Sun is by far the more mature and relatable of the two for me. At least he tries to be civil and live his life in peace, but Bay is way too obssessed with this pointless rivalty to let him be. Bay should be old enought to recognize what his problem actually is, but with a father like that, it's no wonder he doesn't.

I seem to be in the minority here about not caring about any side couples.

Some people would say to live is to die. Sunny is already dying mentally and emotionally little by little and…
I would've preferred to see him dying mentally and emotionally in jail.

Sometimes death isn't the hardest punishment. For him it must be devastating to end up as lousy porn star after…
You're probably right, but I can't forget how he strangled that poor boy in the pool, didn't get into jail for it and then had the nerve to call Sun a murderer. He was on his way to becoming like the other two, and considering how young he is, I don't want to imagine him 20 years later.

Title Payback Spoiler
My favourite series for 2026 so far. I loved Sun so much, amazing character, and anticipated his journey to accepting what happened and giving himself a chance of life every week.

Sunny got off too lightly, he should've died like the other two, he was just as bad as they were.

suicided or accidentally fell and die?
To be honest, I was so sure about the bear for the reasons you mentioned, especially the fact that Changyang refused to bring back his body, that suicide never occurred to me at all until I came here and read the comments. Also, Tian knew Wenshu loved him and he would never be as cruel to him as to run away from him like that, promising to return, and kill himself instead, right around the corner. For me the more reasonable explanation is that the bear got him.

My heart is broken, no matter what happened. That poor boy was bearing a burden for years and deserved a chance to move on from it. He was surrounded with people who loved him. Why did they take that chance from him?

Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever watched a BL with this many kissing scenes! I just binge watched all 8 episodes…
It was very smart of you to watch the small theater episodes first. I wish I'd done that too.

I should've known it was coming, he was acting way too cheerful and nonchalant considering he knew what had happened. This is never a good sign.

I can't remember the last time I've been that upset and crying over what happened to a fictional character. Maybe I should've seen it coming, but I honestly thought he would get if not a happy, at least a hopeful ending. I get that life is not fair and all, but why was that necessary?
