Kim Doo Shik was not the main character. Jang Joo Won and Lee Mi Hyun were. They are the ones at the origin but…
There were a lot of people, and I mean a lot, when the show was airing, that claimed that he is a main character. Some people were very loud in this comment section that Zo In Sung would never take a role of secondary charater lol. So no wonder that people actually thought that he is the ML.

Title The Untamed
It took me from December of last year until yesterday to finish this series (I could’ve finished sooner but…
I honestly had a hard time too with The Untamed, it got more interesting to me around the part when WWX was captured. But even afterwards there were some plots that felt draggy or did not make much sense. When I did not understand what was happening I was reading the novel's plot description on wiki 😆 and I skipped some boring scenes and got back to them later. But the drama is def worth it, when it's good it's good

She didn't knew that the training she was doing was for NIS. KH was special case.

That is what I'm wondering - whether the sports university is also a cover-up for NIS training for talents. Or if after she passed the entrance exam, they would just recruit her to NIS right there and then without the uni?

So she is doing it and still doesn't realise it's for NIS? That makes no sense to me, her father should have known that was the case...

Can anyone tell me, if HS is training for the National Intelligence Agency in her university? Because from the start I thought that the physical education studies were supposed to prepare future agents. However, KH became an agent through a different path (I guess he was preparing for a longer time so he was ready faster). But it doesn't make sense for HS's dad to agree to her becoming an agent. So do they not know, or did they abandon the programme (I thought not?) or what?

XDDDDDDDDD To be called a kid at my age, a true compliment I guess. Can you not think of any other insult or counterargument on why the claims about the show are not valid ? Or is it too difficult for you to think of sth other than using kid as an insult?

Yeah, a lot of those things were not explained enough, I was like - what's even happening.

But there are some people here who will tell you that you are a kid and to go watch romcoms cause you have even slightly negative points to say about the finale

whoever will say this masterpiece "average", i will take him as some kids messing with adult business...some series…
XDDDDDDDD not us, fully grown adults, making money on our own, trying to criticize this show using valid arguments and some people trying to convince us we're kids. Maybe try to use valid arguments in a discussion too if you want to defend the show, and not:
- YOU ARE KIDS
- IF THE CRITICS ARE SAYING ITS GOOD YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CLAIM OTHERWISE
- IF IT GETS AWARDS YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CRITICIZE IT

Do you srsly consider the above to be valid counterarguments? Lol

For fucks sake. They are stating their opinion, WITH VALID ARGUMENTS. And you go around insulting everybody that has anything barely negative to say about this drama. Go speak to a mirror if you like hearing only opinions that suit your view. What are you doing on a discussing platform I can't comprehend.

However I didn't like that BS and HS not being together is not explained

I feel like Dooshik's plot was really fast - him escaping, than killing the boss (I was wondering if it's really present time or if it's their fight from the past) and coming back to his family with no explanation. It really threw me off and the scenes were disconnected. Other scenes were fine and not really rushed

please use the spoiler tag. One, because these are spoilers. Two, because it's a long comment. There is a review…
Geez. There really aren't any spoilers in my comment. And if there are, everyone else should put a spoiler on their comment with every tiny spoiler. And also it is not that long. There is no rule to put it in spoiler or in a review. If there was, there would be a character limit for comment section and there is not. I want to discuss this show here and I will.

After destroying 3 buses, I doubt the drama logic that the bus driver can still keep his job... 😂😂😂
Yup, his plot had the most plotholes, like how is he still alive and well and working...

Just like someone in the comments said before, it was supposed to be a delicious souffle, but it didn't quite rise in the oven. It's good, but it could have been brilliant.

1. The flashbacks. There were just too many for its own good. I like the fact that in the ending eps they show that there is no black and white when it comes to people, but it kills the suspense.

2. Too many characters. Even for an ensemble cast. There were characters who were given a lot of flashbacks, but nothing really came of it, no grand finale, no meaningful character development. The bus driver, the teacher, Frank (acting just as a potential S2 intro when we could have learnt more about the final villains earlier), Kisoo. Just to name a few. The bad guys really got a lot in the final eps too. And the actual main characters got way less than they should - the strong kid, Dooshik etc.

3. Weird and rushed ending. It was supposed to be better than in manhwa, but from what I gather it's not really any different. I have a lot of questions.

4. I loved however that it stayed true to its family theme. Parents protecting kids. Very nice. Made me very emotional.
