Yes, it's just like I said - a fast-forward of everybody's lifes. In the first 7 episodes, we got a really cohesive and gradually developing story about 2 teenagers becoming close friends, sharing secrets and relying on each other. Here it's like - Joo Woon meets Dooshik, then next episode they are already good enough friends to have a "secret saying" together. 10 mins of content is basically what we get from them working together in the agency... no mission from start to finish really. And then we get Joo Woon full mission in the army solo? I don't understand why, if they wanted to show that his wife cares for him when he's in danger they could have shown a mission with Dooshik... If they wanted to show his devotion to his teammates, same.

The FL is just incredibly patronizing to everyone around her, it just feels like she's a teacher and everybody else is the student, which doesn't work in romance or in friendship...
So I finished it after more than a month. I guess she had to forget all her memories to FINALLY start speaking like a proper human being. In the last minutes we see that the leads could have had a fantastic chemistry together, but because they made the FL an annoying and patronizing know-it-all, they didn't. What a waste of potential this show is.
At this point I just feel we are getting a little bit of adults, a little bit of teenagers, but it's just not enough for how interesting all of these plots could be... I'd like to see the adult male leads work together more, it was like 10 mins in ep 12, and their life after exiting the force too. There are so little dramas with married couples' romance. We're getting like a flash forward of their lifes, when it could be interesting enough to fill an entire drama. (And I'm not even talking about the teenagers cause I know that if I do I'll get responses like THE MAIN LEADS ARE ADULTS JUST LOOK AT THIS 100% CREDIBLE MDL CAST LIST or JUST WATCH A HIGHSCHOOL ROMCOM)

The romance itself in MLL is fine (although I don't feel a lot of chemistry, cause the ML is a bland actor). But apart from that, other plotlines are really meh, boring and not funny, even though they try to be. But I agree that it's better ahan SYIM19thL (didn't watch KTL), that show failed miserably, they didn't even try to give any romance development.

Yeah, correct. I find that on MDL there is only black and white nowadays. You can't discuss the things you dislike and you are automatically labeled a hater. I mean I understand being angry at people who start the show knowing they hate gore, sex and other graphic content, and then complain about it being included in kdramas (complaining about westernization and not being aware of all dark kdramas/kmovies produced years and years ago), but criticism should be ok everywhere.

100% truth. Also the rating is correlated with the popularity. Even the best drama if not watched by tens of thousands of people will not get past 8.2 on MDL.
I'm 99% convinced that it's the company president. He started as the greenest of the flags, caring about his employees so much. But rn he seems like the main reason that the ML stayed hidden, also he gave him alibi, so super shady, also the fact that he's been ok with plagiarism, and encouraged ML not to confess his non-feelings for the 2FL, yeah he cares mainly about the company and that's it, he probably killed the girl (maybe non intentionally) just so the ML focuses on his career. I don't see any other contenders for the murderer, other than it being sth like - she was with ML, he left her in woods of sth like that cause she pissed him off and then some bad guys stumbled upon her and killed her.
I just can't get over the fact that FL's chemistry is so much better with 2ML. Cause we at least see some emotions on his face.

He has one face and one voice, even for a person who's been through a lot and is an outsider, that's just too flat... I'm not trying to hate, I rarely talk about the quality of acting, but here it's just too apparent and is killing my vibe...
