It now marked as coming soon...January 20! Since this was a last minute addition to Viki's library the only addition to Volunteer Staff is the Channel Manager (MST 29:19 ~ Friday, December 20, 2019).

He was truly frightening in "Justice" from this year.
Yes, dark is a good word for it. Story is compelling and performances by cast are outstanding IMO.
And Park Sung-hoon was brilliant and very scary.
