Yes, however they've opened "official" channels for some of those deleted.

I don't think they would create a new "official" channel if they weren't going to pursue licensing. I'll be sending a title request in. Also followed the channel.

I'll keep checking. After Viki deleted fan channels (apparently because of copyright infringement) they uploaded more Chinese and Korean drama channels in the last week.
