I wish the script writing of this drama would be better, a bit lacking comparing to the LEAD. Watchable because it showed ink-making process. FL 's character was pretty cliche. Production quality was very good, but the script was not the same level, unfortunately.

LOL, His acting skill is very good and give out good aura in every scene. His line delivery was very good good. Legends , like Jackie Chan selected him to play in his movie. He was so charming through and through. His fighting scenes were so fierce .

ep18 and the "nobles"/"scholars" really don't make any sense. they talk/look down on the merchants…
That was real status of merchants in the old times. Rich but with little respect from society. In Story of MingLan, the ML 's mother was the same . She was from a rich merchant family , not noble ones. Those nobles/ scholars have more respect , but poor.
And the way he shake the BUNNY Bank to show off his money contribution , I just want to hit him with that Bunny bank. 😁😁
