They both sorta remind me of eachother especially in the aspect of healing and athletes. If you like one you most likely will like the other.

Similar in the way it includes a doctor and a member of the police force but in you are my hero the male lead is a swat member while in the first responder he is a dectective

Both shows include a firefighter and paramedic as the main characters.

If you like The Flaming Heart you'll like The First Responder

Both include firefighting as a central theme. BLue Flame Assault focuses only on firefighting but the first responders focuses on a range of different first responders.

Both has paramedic backgrounds in high risk fields. Alongside both are shows where they have strong group of main characters both female and male.

They both have this historical aesthetic focused around plants. They also have some angst, some betrayals and corresponding romances. I suggest either if you like a fantasy romance story!

If you like murder cases surrounding military/police activity you'd like these two, they both have similar vibes with the revenge aspect while it also humorous at times. Unlike MPD, YAS has a larger main group of characters but there isn't too many that gets muddy.

The leads of the two stories are similar in their own ways, a morally gray male and a strong willed female. They both also has a older male father figure that the female lead butts heads with but ulimately respect each other. They both infuse romance, law, tragedy and comedy into a wonderful series.

Both, have strong female and male leads who are both morally gray. They also relate to themes of justice, major corporations, revenge, murder, death, among other dark topics with also humor laced between it.

If you like crime revenge stories on major medical corruption alongside comedy and a rag tag group of main characters. Both shows are similar and very much enjoyable.
