I like how she's straightforward and doesn't get embarrassed about showing her love, but also knows her worth and won't let him or anyone else take her for a fool. I understand why he would think what he did was a good thing, but for someone his age, he should be mature enough to know he needs to talk to her not try to plan her life for her. I'm enjoying this so far, however I expected more from kissing scenes.
The best part about dramas like this one is when the FL is finally able to use her full power and everyone stops stepping all over her. I wish it didn't take this long for it to happen, but it's always equally satisfying to watch. I think the next few episodes will be really good!
I was actually enjoying this and came here to read some comments, only to find out the ending. I have no idea why they decided to go for such ending. It makes me want to drop it...
I agree with the comments about YCY. She seems like a sweet and funny girl in interviews and variety shows, but when it comes to acting, she's not ready for a role on this level. I think she would do much better if she did modern, rom-com, not overly complex dramas and then slowly get into more serious ones by being a part of supporting cast. Writing wasn't that good and they made it too complicated, but it did have potential in the beginning. I managed to finish it somehow (I'll watch anything with Jeremy), but I would never re-watch it.
OMG A SKAM REMAKE?! I don't want to get my hopes up. With the censorship, I doubt this will feel as real as SKAM did. I've watched all versions though, so I'll definitely be watching this one as well. I've just noticed how old some of the comments are. I guess this won't be aired...
I had high hopes for this and it started well, but it's way too long. I don't know why they keep giving dramas 40 episodes when 25-30 would be more than enough. Leads' relationship is surviving entirely on chemistry which doesn't do much because ML's treatment of FL makes you want them to break up. I guess I'm disappointed since I expected more. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good.
Beautiful piece of art. It was well acted, well directed, well written, and well produced. OST and scenery were incredible and made this drama even better. The way lighting was used was amazing and it enhanced what was being portrayed. They couldn't have casted better actors and the leads couldn't have had better chemistry. This is another one of those dramas that will be hard to part with, but I will definitely rewatch it and I'm very jealous of those who will be starting it now. If I had to point out something negative, it would be all the cut and/or deleted scenes. This drama would have benefitted so much from keeping those scenes in, but it is what it is. Hopefully they continue releasing cut scenes and someone edits them in the episodes.
I'm re-watching some scenes and I came here to encourage everyone who already hasn't to follow HR's suit and google "how sea flatworms fight". You're welcome!
I don't really mind a sad ending as long as they also release the happy one. I can only acknowledge that one then. I do have to say it sucks how dramas with tragic endings always have great plots and amazing chemistry.
In one of their interviews they mentioned a wedding scene, so I REALLY hope that means a happy ending and not them getting married right before she dies. Also, all those deleted scenes make me sad. It would have been so much better if they left them in, but it is what it is.
If there was a drama made for me, this would be it. It couldn't have aired at a better time to fit my current mood. It's beautifully filmed, chemistry is amazing, and whoever is in charge of music deserves an award. Each song compliments their respective scene so well. Leads are doing a great job portraying their characters which makes it all even better. I can't wait for the next episode!
His "do I have a chance to perform later?" line reminded me of Yu Tu's "Will you allow my genes to influence your genes?" lol
I don't know how much faith I have in ML when it comes to him changing his behaviour. He doesn't put in "effort" (it makes me laugh to even call it effort) because he wants to, but because he wants her back. It's not genuine and they seem to want different things in a relationship. Using his superior position and thinking giving her opportunities to further her career is something she should be appreciative of outside of their professional life is wrong. What you do at work as someone who is supposed to help and teach her has nothing to do with you as a couple. We knew they would get back together, but I hoped she would stand her ground and demand a change. If he can't or won't do it, then what's the point in going through the same relationship all over again and end up divorcing? Loving someone and having chemistry isn't enough for a healthy and lasting relationship/marriage...
Also, them going to work late at night after drinking is so unprofessional and wrong.

Hopefully it's a good season and the love triangle isn't the main focus.
