That police chief knows boy 11 visited his grandson as joker and shared that food. Why is he so convinced about boy 13. He didn’t talk about this crucial info with his partner BaekMoonKang. (At least when BMK talked abt boy 13)

let me tell u this point, its hard to make Leads as killers, that too some innocent people.
