So, I'm probably alone in this (and that is really okay) BUT... the whole acting like Big Jane is this horrible…
No I don't think this is a lone opinion at all, to be honest I think this is what everyone should be taking away from this drama.
I agree that Big Jane is definitely a red flag, and I think that's partly because of how easy it is for him to cause harm to people. But in all actuality, the people who seek Big Jane out and ask for a favour are only suffering from their own consequences when they cannot deliver in return. Literally: the guy in prison is locked up simply because Big Jane exposed that he was stealing the money from the university...and then that guy still has the audacity to blame Big Jane for him being in there? Its just people trying to shift the blame onto him to escape it themselves.
Everyone complaining about the NCs "letting them down" is pissing me off. You only need to have the basic understanding of omegaverse to know that they weren't actually having sex in ep2 (on screen) they were so feverish and desperate due to them being apart that they let their animal instincts take over and they needed to inhale as much of the others pheromones as physically possible because it is so intense and painful for them. What we saw was not meant to be sex. Them getting back together triggered Phatsa's heat and in the desperation he couldn't think to take his clothes off, the only thing that was on his mind was Nakhun and urgently needed him. They were humping and inhaling each others pheromones in their desperate states.
Yes, the urgency and roughness does appear jerky but I think BoatOat did exceptionally well at trying to portray it the best they could. I did find it odd, hasty and laughed sometimes and its normal because we are used to the way it is in normal BLs. But you cannot compare this to normal BL shows because this is technically a fantasy genre, it's literally centred around personal pheromones and instinct and intense desire, not normal life so of course it's going to be different then My Stubborn. And it's only episode 2, I bet everyone who said the NCs let them down will eat their words when they start going at it for real on screen in the next for eps.
The ending of episode 2 is the best ending I've ever seen in my life. The beautiful and complicated portrayal of Tanrak's desire is phenomenal. Never thought I'd be brought to tears after watching someone give in to jacking off, but still XD
It might've been mentioned before, but I love the personal colours for both Ryo and Zen specific to their personality. we see it best in the intro scene through the colour of the lighting and the suits/ties they wear - Ryo tends to have dark and navy which highlights his composed exterior and tendency not to show his emotions around others, in contrast to Zen who wears more warmer tones like beige and orange seemingly the more uncontrolled and spirited out of the two. I love them and I'm devastated that this show is over
Toto gave Lion an ultimatum to come clean by himself though. I get it that he made a mistake of trusting Lion…
I agree with everything you said. It's easy to see how Toto decided to try and let them handle it between themselves, and simultaneously we understand why Kanit felt betrayed when he was lied to. It doesn't instantly make Toto a bad person at all, it just means he made the wrong decision even if he thought it would help, he was simply too trusting of that bastard Lion.
Tay is so unbelievably hot oh my fucking god I can't get over how hot this man is especially with those sexy ass tattoos OH MY GOD-- ahem, excuse me 🙂↕️
