I COMPLETELY agree! I really loved the drama until the last 3 episodes -- I was so disappointed in Jiho's character. Her vagueness/attempts to sound deep with constant references to Room 19 were not cute. It literally made no sense for her to end the contract and move out when she knew Se Hee was going to confess. Ugh. You put it perfectly -- she was just plain cruel.
