It is a little bit vague as well with how long TSJ recover. I think TSJ recover in a year. It shown time skip with winter passed, They spend time together at least 5 years.
Xiao Yao and ShiQi spend 6 years together. She practically spend times the most with Jing compared any other ML. But somehow it do not feels like it. They do not show their moments together often, most of times it always been Xiao Liu jealous and have low self esteem, upset or distance herself from 17. But in those 6 years, they live together, eat and work together. Probably travelling together as well. Hence why Xiao Yao with Jing not as platonic. I remember when Xiao Yao said they has been together for 6 years, I was bambozzled. I though it was just couple months later.
