Especially during this period when I am catching more dramas than before, I find that the writers often miss out some of these details that are so so obvious. I am not even going to say that it is due to editing, just those stuff you pointed out are enough to prove it.

Everything is great except for the Head Nurse parts. I almost wanted to agree with her that her daughter was better before she got together with guy.

Edit: Felt a bit weird when I just changed the status to "completed". Anyone felt something when you were doing the status change? Did you get the closure you hoped for?

Completed this along with It's Okay to Not be Okay and Dinner Mate just last night. Beginning was interesting, got rather repetitive and boring in the middle, best episodes from 10th episode onward and unfortunately final 2 episodes got me yawning again. Instead on focusing on the romance, they filled it with almost the same boring stuff as in the middle. Bad bad ending - glad I finished it.

Really boring in the beginning, couldn't understand the humor - they were just trying to be quirky but didn't work for me. Put it on hold at episode 5 for a long while and picked up again last weekend. It's quite okay when it got more serious when they were getting together, the exes parts are a bit too over that the reactions from the leads are not too acceptable. Completed it anyway along with 2 other K-Dramas over the weekend.

She knows the General wouldn't dare to harm her because of the Emperor, and the Marquis (Prince) is going to deflower her.

This genre is rather common in Chinese period dramas based on what I watched starting this summer. "The Romance of Tiger and Rose", "The Legend of Jin Yan" - these are 2 out of the 3 period dramas that I completed the ML is a Prince and the FL is a Princess/General's daughter that doesn't trust each other in the beginning.

She is cute! Was rather irritating in "Intense Love" at the beginning but ok in the end. She looks even cuter here!

Episode 15/16 only airing tonight, thought yesterday. Ended up watching the final episodes of 3 K-Dramas...

Oh the cosmetics. Yes you are right, even the aunt seems to be very concerned about the FL having it so there should be something to it. Like you said it all points to the princess and that stuff is rare. And the SML mentioned that if he has the chance he'll give the princess a new bottle. He owns the shop the sells it, he needn't wait for a new bottle. He prob gave her the bottle the brother bought.

The brother you meant the ML's brother right? There is still a possibility as he may have thought of his old self "dead" when he said to have the ML meet the brother in hell. Now I feel it is most likely the teacher.

i think i saw the MTV of the OST on that one. Agree that the hairstyle looks awful on him. He had some weird facial hair as well if I remember correctly. I have seen a few Chinese period dramas/movies that the hairstylist need to be shot. That's why the sleepless princess is good in that area.

I didn't read into it but probably for the controversy and guess it worked. I didn't catch that movie, the last mandarin speaking movie is a Singapore production lol.

it is good to know they ended it well. I haven't caught it yet - will do so tonight. I still have backstreet rookie last episode that I am holding and dinner mate last episode that I'll probably finish tonight + sleepless princess!

I haven't watched IOTNO as Netflix got problem last night (prob due to subscription payment was last night) and I waited till 3am :( i didn't look forward as much as I thought i would be due to the recent developments. Jerry Yan is actually Taiwanese and got famous because of the first meteor garden. Their age gap is 20 I believe. He came out much earlier than LMH so it's the other way round. :)

Episode 13 is nice, the first part of episode 14 is really funny.

No worries, I do think you have a very good understanding. I know of a little bit of details as i rewatch some episodes to write a summary. Which episode are you at?

The hooded guy is trying to revive the girl on the ice bed by getting the stone and the whole book that teaches how to use the stone. So it can be the teacher and even the SML though less likely. It was mentioned she uses the stone 12 times she will become a "活死人" which is "living dead person", not a zombie but rather in a coma. Lol. It is not that she turns into those animals, the book mentioned that the stone emits something after it is used to cause hallucination to everyone to think the user turns into an animal.

Rolled my eyes at the first scene of episode 15, as usual any scenes with the altered mom. Like watching soap opera. No one thought to call the police or the police appears after everything is settled like "every other drama". Her scenes are the only parts of the show I can multitask and not miss anything.
