this drama can't come soon enough, she is a great actress, and the male lead has matured a lot of experience, am sure they will both be great. Just hope the storyline will be just as satisfactory

A great recap of the end. I am very happy with this drama too and shall certainly rewatch it. I am disappointed about the senior 's blindness tough and even more so that the screenplay didn't point him to seek help from the FL, since he knows she is good in healing and never gives up.

I have watched a tiny bit of How dare you but dropped It soon enough, not into comedy sort of thing and neither in time travel or alike story. Thank you all the same for suggesting It.

I have been thinking of the story of Kunming palace, not too sure though as I have become a fan of Cheng Lei too (the male lead here), he is a grest actor, very expressive, so am kind of looking for a drama with him as main lead too, I know quite of few of them, but his counter parts in those dramas are less interesting... sigh..

Performance and Directing together have delivered a great drama.

I don't know what else to watch now, don't see any new drama matching this cast and storyline. I feel lost..

indeed, I found the last few episodes decisively well paced to give viewers a proper sequence and closure on all aspects, unlike the so many dramas that pack everyone and everything in the last ending episode and sometimes not even a clear and proper ending.

the screenplay of thia drama is the best I have watched in thr recent years, especialy for how the last few episodes give a proper closure of the story. No hasty wrapping up, no neglecting details. A great, careful pacing from start to finish, hats off to the screenplay writer, to the directors, to the cast, to the production, to editing, the last but not the least.

Each to his/her own opinion, I find the screenplay well written, the sequencing and presentations really well made. The entire cast delivered an excellent piece of work under directions of an experienced and formidable director.

I did say she learnt for a couple of years from the master prior to the plague. The duration is an educated guess based on what transpired from various conversations delivered. Yes, she is talented, her "brother" (the one who runs shops for her back in the capital) says as much. Think I have said enough, enjoy the drama.

ep.32 time stamp 30.50, the ml remembered what she told him prior to treating his legs. She told him about the book of treatment the master hadnwritten, and she also said she learnt from him and had also practiced treating leg injuries. I speak and write chinese, those were her words.

He was imprisoned, so either he didn't have it with him or it was stolen from him. The fact that the scene showing him on his knees thanking the mother and then she had the edict at home trying to hide it from her family tells he told her where the edict was. In any case, hope more explanation will be given as the drama moves on.
