Nope, even in the novel she out of it because it was the perfect plan. It had 0 to do with the crown prince, he wasn't there when it happened. They added him watching to the show but it was simple, the other two aids were scared and didn't say anything and his the aids death looked natural. Xihe legit did not need the crown prince to get out of that.
