8/10A heartbreaking and solid psychological drama depicting the loneliness, the depression, the emotional turmoils…
I literally loved this drama until the last 1 minute, WHY OH WHY did the writer have to show them get back together I get that he's divorced already but after all that they went through together... I just wanted her to be stronger by herself. URGHHHH

To everyone reading this - DO NOT LIVE FOR ANOTHER PERSON. Be independent emotionally and financially. Learn to love yourself, and live for yourself because if you don't, you'll find yourself constantly stuck and clinging on to relationships and people who will only drain you and leave you empty.
8/10 A heartbreaking and solid psychological drama depicting the loneliness, the depression, the emotional turmoils and the heartbreak that comes with loving someone you shouldn't. It is scary how real this 23 year old drama was in portraying the complexity and messiness of modern relationships. Unless you're very lucky and have never had low self-esteem, or felt lonely, you will relate to Fujiwara Norika's fantastic performance as Akari, a woman who wanted to be loved and Tomita Yasuko's solid performance as a scorned wife who was driven crazy by the affair. Osawa Takao and Hiroshi Abe also delivered very sincere performances. It was not an easy watch, but the journey and character development was worth it. Highly recommend this for a mature audience.
Drama is about the ML getting revenge/justice for the death of his childhood friend. The FL is hired to stop him…
OOOOOH that sounds right up my alley! I am definitely gonna watch it once the drama has finished airing. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to explain the story :)
Yes, I agree. I don't think Natsuki loved Soichiro the way he loved her. It was definitely a lot more platonic…
Exactly! I don't think Natsuki and Soichiro would have slept together if not for Kuga leaving. But I can also understand why a lot of the audience feels pissed at the ending and that's probably because the writer did not put in too much effort into developing Kuga and Natsuki's relationship, unlike Soichiro and Natsuki's relationship which was fell fleshed out. Even Soichiro and Nazuna's relationship was written with some care. I could feel that both of them did love each other, and that sort of fizzled out. But with Kuga and Natsuki, I felt like it was very one-sided. Even though he reflected and came back for her, I wondered whether he would truly make her happy because we didn't get to see them as a proper couple at all.
"Everyone lives in different worlds. But if you like each other, just with that, you can cross over any boundary." Sweet, romantic and heartwarming, with beautiful performances by the ever-talented Nao and adorable Sugina Yosuke. This was a lovely tribute / adaptation of one of my favourite drama called Kimi No Te ga Sasayaite Iru. Time well spent :)
