I know we are all complaining that we've only been getting 1 ep a day but as someone so obsessed with this and TRYING to watch it slowly and watch some other airing dramas alongside it, I am kinda a bit relieved CUZ! First, I don't wanna end this drama so quickly! I just know the earlier it ends, the sadder I'll be cuz I'm gonna miss it so much. So I guess the less episodes, the more time we get to spend with our buddies here 😭😉🤭

Btw I am watching on iQIYI and the schedule is just completely different from MangoTV as we only have 15 eps and have been getting 1 ep per day for the past couple/few days... makes me wonder if there's a schedule specially for iQIYI watchers...

yes! I always watch on iQIYI if a drama airs there. I never mind the subs at all, they are great :) like the person said, yes, iQIYI always has good subs ready when the drama airs. I never think about how bad they are. I also find them better than WeTV too (I also saw someone say this, I can't say much cuz I don't often watch on WeTV but I did compare their subs from one drama with both platforms and I find iQIYI better but I also don't mind WeTV much from what I've watched). Also iQIYI is the only international platform I know of that provides the actual 4K quality if you get the Premium subscription. 1080p with standard but it's still much better compared to 1080p in other platforms too (like Youku or WeTV at least since I never got other subscriptions tbh... this is especially very noticable in dark scenes bc it's never pixelated with iQIYI unlike the other two)

FoF is my #1 alongside TU but yes the ending is quite sad unfortunately but if you watch the special episode there is a bit of hope there too so it's not the WORST possible ending there is like some other dramas that are just purely sad with nothing else to help us feel a bit better at least

WoF is more on just the bromance side tho I ship many with another tho I don't have a MAIN ship like I do with the censored BLs I mentioned. The drama is REALLY AMAZING. You should watch it. You wouldn't wanna miss out on such an amazing drama :) Have fun!!!

Sometimes I wonder why ppl choose to sub on Mango when there's a lot of other platforms to choose from... is there a reason for this? Unless maybe the drama isn't on any other platform in your country?

I wouldn't say it is. Very bromancy that doesn't go more into "love" like BL does. It's like bromance/brotherhood friendships! I also love the sismance here too. This is saying from someone who does love BLs like The Untamed, WoH, and FoF—tho not officially called a BL but if u watch it u know (about FoF) 🫶🏻

iQIYI seems to be 2 eps a day for most of their dramas (at least the big costume ones since I watched so many of them this year during airdate) and always finish their drama in about 2 weeks... so I am def not used to this 1 ep a day (except when iQIYI did it last year wit FoF, I remember cuz I was and am obsessed w that drama lol, it was the suffering days)

I am watching SLY on iQIYI for its high quality (4K) but aware it is not iQIYI original lol...

I lowkey feel bad for the people who are disappointed or not feeling Shui Long Yin bc for me as someone who has waited so long for this and had the biggest expectations for it, I am actually enjoying every bit of moment of this drama and very satisfied with it. But ofc people have their own opinions and tastes so it does make sense that there will be some not feeling the excitement and love for it like me (just like I do with many other highly rated dramas that just don't fit my taste as most watchers do). Maybe one may just not be feeling it, or may not be in the mood for it right now. Maybe a break for one is needed to appreciate the drama more instead of feeling like they have to force themselves to watch it. Nonetheless, for me, there is no single boring moment and every scene to me feels important to the plot and what makes me love this drama even more is that all the characters are so interesting and I love how they give back stories to a lot of them. This drama is already my favorite alongside Moonlight Mystique of 2025 and MM is the only drama I rated 10 (of this year) so that says smth esp since I so loved that drama a ton and was wondering when another drama of this year would make me feel a similar way.

About the backstories of each character, it feels like I understand the actions of the characters more too and their emotions. Not to mention how Tang Lici is also a mysterious one and we're still getting to know him more. I especially love the friendship in this drama. I already can feel Furen joining in the end. We don't get enough of him but boy has a big heart that I can feel he will be a great help to the team as well 🫶🏻 Also, how does Tang Lici have chemistry with everyone? Even towards Furen during that boat scene. He really likes to play with everyone, huh? 😂 You see, there are so many ships in this drama that it feels endless LMAO.

I srsly love how this drama has just right comedy that will make you laugh that isn't overboard and a good amount of angst that isn't too much nor too little but I can feel that it's becoming more angsty as more episodes come by but it still has some light-heartedness to it that doesn't feel overdone/forced combined with the angst. I still want to know more about Tang Lici, A Shei, and a lot of the main/supporting characters. Everyone is so interesting and the plot is so good ❤️🔥 Let's not get started with the fight scenes. Amongst one if not the best I've seen in CDrama especially with their unique weapons we don't see in any other drama that is unique to its own character 😭🥹😍🔥🫶🏻

Edit: Oh Furen, you choose to deceive yourself and believe in your father instead of Tang Lici, who btw saved you guys from that chaos caused by your father JUST BC Tang Lici is Yique Yinyang! You are gonna learn the hard way 😭 I know my heart will break when he finally realizes the actual truth!!! He rlly deserves a better father. At least he cares foe the people wholeheartedly unlike his father ❤️

Well at least he is not bad there LOL! But unlike Yiren who was annoying most of the drama, I wished Fang Zhou had stayed alive longer :( It's so sad. The way he was so patient, so sweet towards Tang Lici even tho he may have gone crazy after waking up like that (with no memories it seems?). Lici didn't know much but he was soooo sweet to him. He was never angry at him, never shouted at him, he was just so patient, loving, and caring towards him :( The way he spoke to him so gently every time. It's so sad that Tang Lici lost a brother like him :( Just imagine the pain and guilt he feels? Every time more flashbacks come, it just makes me really really sad, makes me wish that Fang Zhou was still there! He's just.... wow!!! One of the sweetest people I've ever seen. Especially to someone like Tang Lici who didn't know anything about the world and was scared of everything and wanted to only stay in his own little bubble. Fang Zhou did not complain one bit about him. Rather, he was so gentle and spoke so calmly to him. It's so refreshing to see this kind of character of him after Yiren as a brother. Like really, the best <3 Also did Tang Lici REALLY kill him? I'm sure he was controlled or smth somehow bc the way he looked scared 😭😭😭 He really loved and cherished him so he wouldn't do it :( I think he was trying to save him actually but I guess smth happened that made him lose control or smth like idk! I have a feeling it's not him tho but we'll see!

Everything about Ep.11 was amazing and incredibleeeee!!!!! The fight scenes were insaneeee and so beautiful! I am also so invested in getting to know about Tang Lici's past too and this episode just had more of it. I also love the scene where A'Shei saved Tang Lici. It was captured so beautifully ❤️ Langhun and Chiyun working together to was incredible. I love how they didn't give up even when they knew they were about to die. Also my man Furen omg... he is so underrated 😭 I know he isn't shown that much, but every time he appears, it makes me want to get to know him more! I can tell he has such a big heart (you see, when he looked worried for the citizens 🥺) unlike his master/father so I know it's gonna break him to find out the whole truth. I am looking forward to seeing him more too and I truly believe he will join in with the friends soon with that big heart of his! 🩵 I just loved this episode. Excited to watch more but now I guess I'll have to slow down cuz wdym 1 episode a day next week? 😭😭🫠😩🤦🏻‍♀️

iQIYI original dramas most of the time do but I know this isn't originally iQIYI so... :( I am not used to it cuz I do mostly watch iQIYI dramas during airdate so this really sucks!

Finally seeing Yiren as a really good sweet role in Whispers of Fate, best brother (sworn not blood-related) ever 😭🥹 Go watch there if you wanna see his really sweet, caring, and loving side tho what you'll see there is rlly sad oof 🥺😥 Wished Yiren treated Qiushui the way he (Fang Zhou) treats Tang Lici in that drama but oh well... 🫠

Wow this is way too good. Watched Ep.9 and characters are becoming even more interesting. Wonder how A'Shui's blood can heal Tang Lici. Curious about her identity and looking forward to getting to knowing more about her! I'm also looking forward to Yu Furen's story as well. Seems like he has a sad one, too. And I am feeling so bad for Chiyun feeling betrayed by the one he loved but Tang Lici is right :( I understand but the way Lici said it was so harsh and cruel "When did I acknowledge you as my friend?" but it makes sense on why he's doing this 😭 Gosh, all the characters are just soooo interesting! Been awhile since I watched a drama where they focus on a lot of the characters' backstories!

Also to think there's still a lot we don't know even about the ML lol. I don't even think the ML knows a lot about himself either. I believe he lost his memories right before he got taken to Zhoudi Tower and doesn't remember anything before that, not even his true identity (maybe that's a reincarnation tho?)
