i love this kind of "love triangle" / "reverse harem" where it's platonic from all sides :)) i personally enjoyed watching the fl develop from a naive, sheltered girl to a heroine. i also really liked her relationship with all the guys.

I think I'm just hanging on for the sake of the gossipy coworkers haha

right?? and it's the really successful girls in this drama too that apparently have nothing better to do but dwell on their past lol

i get he has issues himself and is under a lot of pressure, but he hasn't been a very good friend to anyone since the drama started.

she's my favourite villain in a drama. i've never seen anyone scheme so elegantly. lol.

i haven't caught up with the episodes yet, so i don't know how it all ends for the yu family. but having a son like Yu Jing Xiu is already a lot of bad karma for the old Yu couple. lol.

I think it just might because I've seen snippets of them acting cold toward each other when he has a moustache on TikTok. I also figured, after the first time leap, that Tingyun would feel guilty about encouraging ZL to improve his standing at some point because it is changing him (for better and worse). I just hope they clear up the misunderstandings faster this time and don't let it drag on until the finale.

I want to see them mature and have the same power dynamic as the older Yu couple and have the last few episodes be a more evenly matched showdown between the two couples. *wishful thinking*

this. i agree that fty can be reckless and does what she thinks is right without weighing the consequences of her actions. however, it's not like zl has been discussing what goes on in court with her. they still have a long way to go before they have the kind of mutual understanding that minister yu and madame yu have. like i'll never forget when minister yu told his son to go and ask for his mother's opinion about the ganlin assignment and the couple were perfectly in sync without even talking about it. fty wants to help zl. she just doesn't always know what would actually help him.
