do hwa's shoes seem to match the one who pushed the fl, but they also showed that she got wounded from when she was throwing a tantrum after the selection was cancelled. i feel other less obvious clues are sadly pointing to eun ae being the culprit tho.

i'm not a fan of seo hyun's acting, but seon chaek suits her. maybe because her character was meant to be rather silly and over-the-top? on the other hand, i can't stop laughing at taec yeon as yi beon saying all those cheesy things with a straight face :)) luv him!

i felt like it was a scam (the mark and her fate) from the start, but i still LOLed at her cousin's reaction when she wiped it off. i'm glad her next target seems to be manman's ex-fiancee though and none of the weis. they deserve each other.

i keep rewatching the intro and outro for possible conflicts between our couple. i'm relieved most of them are over with / resolved. i'm just so anxious they'll separate because of some misunderstanding now that things are going well.

alsoooo she's not wei shao's ex but his brother's. tho qiao man hasn't realised it yet. xiaotao only got confirmation that su e huang was ever engaged to the weis, but she wasn't told *which* wei she was engaged to.

i'm happy our couple are bickering more but annoyed they introduced the two extras now.

i liked reading your take on this, and i agree :) i think the fl's actions are reasonable. he doesn't trust her, and she doesn't trust him. she also knows that his ultimate goal is to annihilate her entire family. her moves so far are defensive. i never thought that her intentions were to initiate war, but she definitely won't just sit and watch her husband massacre her clan. she just wants to give them an out.

her clan are selfish (even worthless) bystanders at worst but not instigators. they will probably always try to scheme to get out of something unscathed. lol.
