The first 3 episodes I really enjoyed. Now everything that has happened since has made me so angry and bored of…
So the moment Bu Qi's uncle and dog dies everything about her character sucks. Bu Qi has lived all her life as a beggar with her uncle and dog. When they both die she miraculously runs into people of power and lives there. Then becomes a princess then moves into some other notable family. The thing I'm so angry at that she becomes more of a princess type character. Shes all dressed up nicer and more beauty. I so despise these female princesses characters. Why did they have to ruin her as a beggar. She was much more better as a person as a beggar. Her uncle told her not too be known among others to keep her identity a secret. And these palace characters all introduced, I hate it. Yea she's probably the kings lost daughter but you could have drag that out until later because I want to see more of her as a beggar. This just anger me how I freaking loved this drama then I freaking hate it. The only thing that's trying to keep me from watching still is the character of the Male lead. Update: I skipped to the last episode to see the end. A drama that started out hot quickly killed it for me. Such a shame because I enjoyed the both ml and fl. I will never let you go more like I will let you go.
The first 3 episodes I really enjoyed. Now everything that has happened since has made me so angry and bored of this drama. I'm gonna rant on these following episodes after ep 3. Note that I have watched about 5 episodes after ep 3.
I loved the family aspect of this drama, the mystery stuff not so much. There were still so many things not explained. I felt let down by the reveal of the person who did it. Although I can agree their idea for it all made so much sense. But it's reasoning was stuff from this event they just explained to us in the last 2 episodes.
I enjoyed the first episode. I could empathize with Yuuki. He missed time from school due to injury and missed out how to do the multiplication table and no one taught him how. He also didn't bother his mom who has to work hard for them. That school even put him in a classroom by himself labeling that he was too smart than the others but in reality was that he was "too dumb" from others in his class. It was a crime that no one taught him the multiplication table until Naruse kocho came along.
Either that guy is back causing more trouble again or its a new person. I don't understand why they would end in a way we think there's a sequel either a 2nd season or a special coming. Or they could be telling us that their family must always have a stalker and they will have to always defeat them. If they had made a 2nd season I would want more focus on Asuka and her story and to see Asuka and Kenta together married. It only makes sense for them to get married now so Asuka doesn't feel alone anymore without a family
This news has been so shocking and sad to me. Suicide is a serious problem in the world and please if you or someone you know feel that you/they start to feel alone, please reach out and get as much help as you can. I can only imagine the pain Haruma Miura was suffering from that caused him to take himself. I want to thank him for being one of those actors that got me into jdramas/movies. My favorite drama where he was in was in Boku no Ita Jikan. May you rest peacefully now above the sky watching over us.
She is one of my favorite actresses. I'm very disappointed about her arrest and time in prison now. I just hope that during her time there she can overcome her past mistakes. I don't know much about her but she could have been suffering to which she used drugs. I wished she had gotten the help back then but now she needs all the help she can get to be a better person. She also stated that she feels she doesn't deserve to be acting again after her punishment is up. I understand her, the public won't be kind to her if she just suddenly got back into acting and she wouldn't have many options of getting trust from people. Maybe one day when it all cools down and shes a better person, she will go back to acting.
That first episode was really good. You really feel the emotions now when she saves her teacher from not dying. Also the way he died which was shot by a police officer while he used a kid as a "hostage" was far better to the next episode where that lady dies by eating a poisonous chocolate. As well as the events that changed after her teacher lives now affeccts life more better than for that celebrity girl in the next episode.
As a big fan of the classic wong fei hung films aka "Once upon a time in china" series, I have no idea what i thought of this. I watched it in raw and watched it for the nostalgia. Jet Li will always be my Wong Fei Hung but Vincent Zhao was not the worst replacement ever from those 2 movies he did back then. In this film I saw some elements from the past wong fei hung films that they tried to recapture but differently. I wished they wouldn't do this because it wasn't gonna look as good as the previous films. You know back then in the ouatic films they made Wong look very strong and he rarely was seen taking lots of damage to himself. I didn't like it that here they made him get like shot with a gun, I felt it was dumb and ruined the Wong fei hung character. They had the most notable students of Wong's and they looked much younger than Vincent Zhao. I'm not sure if it was a dubbed voice actor or not but the voice coming from Aunt 13th here sounded similar to the one back then played by Rosamund Kwan. I couldn't really buy into the small romance parts of Wong and Aunt 13th well because Vincent Zhao looks much older to be in love with the actress who plays aunt 13th. I disliked the antagonists of this film, they were trying to create humans into zombies type stuff. Yeah this was just dumb. A main part of the ouatic success was the music and nothing of some sort was really noticeable here. After all I think you should not make a wong fei hung film again unless your making it a high priority with a good cast, production, director, budget... and maybe bring Jet Li and Rosamund Kwan back for it. I know both are old/retired now along with Jet Li's health issues but thats the only way people would want to watch a wong fei hung movie today. If not don't make anymore Wong Fei Hung films if its gonna be as bad as this.
This was a pretty good drama special. I agree with others that it felt a bit rushed and could have used a drama instead to showcase more events better. Kame was fine in this. This is a realistic, bit dark, and human drama. I was surprised Kame singed here because he doesn't usually do it too often in one. Although I wished we could have seen more of a complete end if Kame and his family were more treated better. And hey I enjoyed the pairing of Kame and Honda.
