I think the reason why we don’t really get MLs POV yet is because he actually fell for her at first sight at the dinner party? And it will be revealed later? Like...when he advertised for a fake gf on weibo, he knew FL was his weibo follower and would see his post...and when he and his friend were in the car after they left the restaurant, he told his friend not to drive off yet. Why? because he was waiting for FL to come and confront him again...there are more little evidence to support this theory (I read on weibo)
At episode 10 now and my impressions: nothing new in the land of lighthearted romance modern cdramas, but I consider this watchable! My definition of watchable is when the plot doesn’t contain situations that don’t make sense and neither lead is too annoying.
The plot arc in yu meiren’s hometown is getting abit draggy But I still find the main leads so damn cute together! (Confession: but i have been skipping the 2nd couple’s scenes)

Only thing is, I wanted to see more scenes of the main leads after they finally got together. I absolutely love them and thought they suited one another very well. But I guess the subtlety is also part of the drama’s charmpoint.

Not really a BL fan but I’ve watched the first episode and it’s so good! As someone in my thirties, what Togawa said to Nozue hit me in the heart too. I can already tell it’s a realistic drama that happens to have romance/BL in it, which is awesome.
The Korean original was my fave k-drama ever so I was excited to watch this. 7 episodes in and I’m not disappointed.…
I scrolled down and I’m shocked to see so much criticism from fans of the original. I’m truly enjoying this version too. I guess people do have different tastes, just have to see what suits you

ML and FL were such eye candies.
