i dont remember anymore, but its him having feeling first. I think its still bearable, cuz 2ML doesnt like FL romantically..
But personally i didnt like the romanctic take here, cuz she obviously was into 2ML and she got last episode together with ML, cuz she got rejected. She was pretty much lingering between two guys.. Even she was "in love" / had crush on 2ML, she kissed with ML here and there.. really akward FL..

Their interactions are fun, at some point ML even helps FL to confess her love for 2ML, so FL can be together with 2ML.. I didnt like FLs character, she is even more annoying in Season 2 as the comment section in Season 2 will tell you that too..

yes she does.. she even cries in epi 22 because she cant be with 2ml.. and short after in the rain they immediately kiss FL and ML.. even she was in love with Ming brother.. Hell they even kissed before.. 😂😂 but yeah.. she just accepts ML cuz she has no chance to be with her crush.. ( got rejected ) i think they got together last episode..

"the second male lead is interested in the female lead" thats the definition of love triangle.. and yes there was an annoying love triangle lingering till forever.. But 2ML was just a coward, to admit it and creates missunderstanding later on.

True, ML in YAMG was more mature, but the target audience was probably older. But to be honest the ML here was not controlling either, rather sulky & having inner monologues when he was jealous.

I have come to the conclusion that these series always lack a serious rival for the female lead.
Instead, we always get an obnoxious, evil and manipulative woman as a rival, who I wouldn't even call a rival. Also degrading in a way, as if female rivals can't be fair and kind. 😑
Whereas most of the rivals for the male lead are deliberately portrayed.. well in most cases, which also creates the typical male SLS in every other drama, which hardly occurs to female SL's.. 😓
Yet another cdrama with ML behaving childish and constantly being jealous, cuz FL has a crush on someone else and he only has eyes for that mediocore FL.. 😤
Just for once.. can we get a decent ML char.. not acting like a little boy.. How about you ignore the FL for a period of time and let her do whatever she does, go out and have a nice day with "Li Wei Qian" instead simping 24/7 for her.. 🙄
