I’ve watch so many of Liu Shi Shi’s dramas but to this very day her acting is still the worst part of her dramas. Her posture, her eyes, she expression just doesn’t feel natural.
I gave it a 9 because I didn’t want to mess the high rating but it’s was more like 8-8.5 for me. It could have ended at episode 20 but it just dragged out for another 12 episodes of nothing.
The scenes had to be all over the place because it was their random thoughts and wishes before their brains died…
There are so many ways to tell a story, but this one was just poorly done. A Beautiful Mind is one of my favorite movies because it pulls you right into John Nash’s mind, blurring the lines between what’s real and what’s not. Even though it’s complex, the pacing is great and everything makes sense. This show, on the other hand, feels like it’s missing a few episodes of explanation and could really use a better screen writer.
I love psychological dramas so I was excited for this one. This series had great ambition, but unfortunately, the execution fell short. The scenes felt all over the place, making it a bit hard to follow and not in a good way . It's too bad because the storyline was decent, and the actors weren’t bad either.
Zhang Wan Yi is so regal omg. The way he is so proper and elegant looks so natural, like he was born with noble…
I knew him from Lost You Forever and only finished it because of him, even though I’m a big fan of female lead (Yang Zi). Her character was not interesting but Cang Xuan carried the entire show for me.
Didn’t Lu Wen attacked the camp in the first episode?
Yeah that scene could use a few more minutes to show the destruction that LW supposedly caused. But they kinda glossed over all the politics stuff in the entire drama.
